Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 4:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: 25%
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 4:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Please note that if you need to cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay. If you need to cancel 7 days before your of arrival date, there will be a $25 administration fee & the remainder will be refunded within 24 hours. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival, will need a full room charge paid in advance & remains non-refundable.
Chalets:
Please note that if you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay. If you need to cancel 30 days before your of arrival date, there will be a $250 administration fee & the remainder will be refunded within 24 hours. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival, will need a full room charge paid in advance & remains non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Maximum capacity for rooms and chalets must be strictly adhered to. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots provided as maximum occupancy is set by adhering to fire & safety regulations.
Pet-friendly rooms must be requested in advance to avoid a $250 fee for pet charges. Your initial confirmation letter will be stated if the pet-friendly request is approved. Our pet fee is $25/night for up to two pets.
