Política de Cancelamento :
Depending on the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking, this penalty will either be the full cost of the stay or the forfeiture of the deposit, which is equal to the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes.
Chalets:
Please note that if you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay. If you need to cancel 30 days before your of arrival date, there will be a $250 administration fee & the remainder will be refunded within 24 hours.
Termos e Condições
Maximum capacity for rooms and chalets must be strictly adhered to. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots provided as maximum occupancy is set by adhering to fire & safety regulations.
Pet-friendly rooms must be requested in advance to avoid a $250 fee for pet charges. Your initial confirmation letter will be stated if the pet-friendly request is approved. Our pet fee is $25/night for up to two pets.
