- For Non Refundable bookings: Full Charge - full stay - If canceled at any time.
- For Refundable bookings: No Charge - full stay - If canceled within 3 days of arrival.
Terms and Conditions
- Personal Safety: Guests should take care when walking down stairs or over tiles, especially in wet weather or when using the bathroom. The Nest shall not be liable for accidents or incidents that occur.
- Additional Guests: To preserve the privacy and safety of our guests, visitors who are not registered at the reception are not allowed to enter the property unless authorized by the management. There is an additional charge for guests beyond single occupancy.
- Noise: Please avoid making noise in your room or in communal areas that can disturb other guests and avoid the use of loudspeakers on a high volume. We reserve the right to remove guests if they become a disturbance/nuisance to others including management.
- Security: Guests should close and lock their bedroom at night or when not in their rooms. The Nest Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss and / or damage to guest belongings.
- Early Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10.00. If you’re leaving early in the morning, we can accommodate an early breakfast upon request. The guest should inform the reception earlier.
- Damage: The guest shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to The Nest caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Environment: The Nest is dedicated to the protection of our planet's resources and would encourage our guests to help us by switching off lights and conserving water. We provide drinking water in glass bottles in the room to avoid the purchase of plastic bottles.
- Child Protection: Children under 18 must be accompanied by parents. Babies and children are welcome, but we request parents to bring all necessary equipment (including sleeping equipment) to meet their children’s needs and be mindful of excess noise in rooms or communal areas. Parents are responsible for child safety, there are steep stairs and slippery floors when wet. The Nest shall not be liable for accidents or incidents that occur.
- Free Laundry: In case you have some laundry, we do it for you free of charge. It only takes up to 3 days. For guests, it's about the feeling of a comfortable, clean, and inspiring environment; that is why for every stay, we offer Free Laundry service. There is a form to be filled out, kindly fill up the laundry form and hand it over to the receptionist or housekeeper. We are not responsible for the laundry left with unauthorized person.
- Complimentary massage: You're allowed to have a complementary 30 mins massage if you have booked for 2 nights, or 1 hour free massage if you've booked for 4 nights plus. Massage therapy is great for body maintenance & stress relief; that’s why when you book your stay, we offer you a free Massage Treatment
- Taxes: Rates are inclusive of VAT
- Pets: Pets are not allowed at the Nest Rugando
