Surfside Courtyard Condos have all the comforts of home in this amazing seaside getaway. We are just a short stroll to the beach and your accommodations are individually owned. They are fully furnished with equipped kitchens. The units are approximately 1000 square feet. Each condo is  a non smoking unit and reflects the simple seaside style and the personality of the owner as well as the standard of Surfside. They include 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a large living, dining, and kitchen area. Each condo has the capacity to sleep up to six guest. We also accommodate a few pet friendly condos, only 2 pets are allowed and have to be under 35 pounds. All units surround a spacious courtyard that contains cookout facilities, cabanas and a large in ground pool. Its your home away from home!

At Surfside Condominiums, we work hard to provide a pleasant vacation experience that will bring you back again and again.  To assure that your stay is as problem-free as possible, please read through our policies.    Our staff is available to answer any questions you might have.

Rental Rates;
The nightly rental rate is located with your brochure.  The per night rates vary between Winter, Mid Season, and Summer.  Monthly rates are available from Sept. 5 to Mar. 31st and a $200.00 deposit required for all monthly rentals.  There is a 2-night minimum stay requirement for all reservations.

Pet Rates $35.00 / $175 per month - Pet are permitted in select units only.  Limit 2 pets.  

Discounts 10% discount available to AAA members, Senior Citizens (age 65 up), active duty military, OR a stay of seven nights or more.  Applies to daily rates only.

After 4 p.m.  Early Check-In at 2 p.m. is contingent upon the Unit being cleaned and ready.
Early Check-In will not be authorized until the day of arrival.   Check-Ins earlier than 1 p.m. for the same day will be charged a half day's rate.

Before 11 a.m. Guests must check-out by this time in order for us to prepare the Unit for the next guest.  Late check-out of up two hours may only be authorized on the day of departure, and is dependent upon whether there are arriving guests.   Late Check-outs past 1 p.m. and unapproved late check-outs past 11 a.m. will be charged a half-days rate.
Keys: Please return keys to the Front Office upon checking-out.  A $25.00 service charge be applied for lost or missing keys.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Personal or bank checks are accepted up to 30 days before your arrival date.

Housekeeping Services
Your unit will be cleaned and inspected by a staff member prior to your stay.  There will be no scheduled housekeeping visits during your stay.  Please contact the office if anything has been inadvertently overlocked, and we will send our housekeeping staff over to correct it.  we are service friendly and are happy to help you if you call us during your stay.   if you wait until after you depart to let us know that something was not right, it would be too late to help you.  Either way, there is no compensation for housekeeping issues.

Linen Service
All reservations include sheets, towel, hand towels, washcloths, dishtowels and bath mats.  Your beds will be made and towels set out in each bedroom.  Towels will be changed every three days and bed linens will be changed every four days.  Housekeeping services are not provided on the morning of your departure.  Additional charges will apply for any missing or damaged towels.  Please do not leave dirty linen or towels outside breezeways.

Trash receptacles are located in 4 locations northeast, northwest, southwest, and center west breezeways.  All trash must be bagged and placed inside containers.

Additional Fees
Taxes: State and local taxes are in addition to the Rental Rates and Fees.
Cleaning: There are no cleaning fees, upon departure, at no charge, with the exception of reservations made for one-satys.  Failure to leave the Unit in a neater orderly fashion, leaving the condo in a filthy condition neglecting to follow the instructions listed under departure above will result in $25.00 per hour cleaning charge for each hour.   However, failure to adhere to the following will result in additional cleaning charges at the rate of $25.00 an hour (guests's credit card are held on file for this purpose.)
The Condo must be left neat and orderly, with furniture left as found.
All trash bagged and placed in outside containers.
Kitchen cleared of trash and food, refrigerator emptied
Carpet and floors free of excess food, debris and dirt
Wash all dishes or place in dishwasher, with the washer started.
Turn off all lights
In the summer, please turn the AC up to 76 Degrees
In the fall, winter and spring, please turn the Heat down to 60 degrees
Smoking: If smoking occurred, the minimum fee will be $300 to clean the unit.  All condominiums are smoke-free.  No smoking is permitted

Lost and Found
Please check the unit for all your belongings, specially under beds and in drawers.  We cannot be responsible for items left behind.  Upon request, we will attempt to locate a lost item and mail it to you.  A handling fee of $25.00, plus the cost of postage (and insurance, if requested), will be charged.  Items left in units and not claimed after thirty days, are donated to a local charity.

Damages: The furnishing are not to be moved or rearranged and are subject to change without notice.  Any locked closets are reserved for the storage of the owner's private property and are not to be entered or damaged.    Guests?Cardholders is asked to examine the Unit Upon Arrival and to immediately report any and all damage(s) observed to Surfside Condominium.  Guests are responsible for all damages, accidental or otherwise. There is a charge of a $35.00 non-refundable damage fee.

Vehicles & Parking: Upon Checking in please register your vehicle, we will need license plates, make/mode and year.  We will issue a parking permit.  Guests are to hang from the rear view mirror while on the premises.  Be sure to remove & return to office when you leave Surfside Condominium, $15 replacement fee will apply if lost or stolen.  Please report to office staff immediately.

Grills: Grills have been set up at the courtyard where they are safe to use.  For your safety, do not move a grill closer to the Unit.  If the grill does not start, make sure the valve on the propane tank is turned on.  If using a charcoal grill, please dispose of charcoals in an approved metal container, if provided, or leave the ashes or coals in the grill and our staff will safely remove them after your departure.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the courtyard.  Per city ordinance pets must remain leashed at all times when outside.  Please note the designated dog station is located at the north side of the property.
You are responsible for any damages caused by your pets to the Condo or common areas.
Discovery of a pet in a non-pet friendly condo may result in being asked to move to a pet-friendly Condo if available and a $100.00 fine per pet will be charged.
Pet-friendly condos are limited of two dogs per unit.  Owners are asked to bring their own bedding for the pets.  Pets are no allowed on the furniture.  Owners are required to clean up after their pets outside.

Maintenance & Repair
Just like your own home, our homes can experience unanticipated breakdowns.  All efforts will be made insure that all equipment and appliances are in working order and that any problems are solved as quickly as possible.  Although repairs will be made as quickly as possible, no refunds or transfer to another unit will be made.  No maintenance or repairs are performed at night, unless it is an emergency

Risks & Safety
Swimming pool is serviced by our professional maintenance of Surfside.  Guest must abide by the rules posted near the pool-courtyard, and agree to hold harmless Owner and/or Management (Surfside) for any injury resulting from the use of the pool.  Children must be supervised at all times.  Use of the pool is at guest(s) own risk.

Fire Safety
No candles or open fires are allowed inside or outside the unit.  Children must be supervised at all times.

Renter's are responsible for the conduct of their guests, and asked to maintain consideration for neighbors, including refraining from loud use of stereos, television, musical instruments or excessively loud conversation.  There Must be absolute quiet after 10 p.m. outside.

Guests are subject to immediate removal from Unit and Property if:
There is a discharge of firearms of any kind
Complaints of noise, loud music, foul language or otherwise disturbing the peace of the neighbors are reported.
The entire amount of rent will be forfeited if this should occur.
There is noise and disturbance outside the unit after 10 p.m.
There are NO REFUNDS

All doors and windows must be closed and locked
We do have a Courtesy Office on site
