CABIN POLICIES

• In the event of cancellation, please notify us 72 hours prior to your arrival, 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, to avoid the loss of your deposit.

• Payment Policy-Full Stay stay is charged at the time of booking.
  
  Check-in time is 3:00 P.M and Check-out time is 12:00 P.M.
  The property requires the primary guest to be 21 years of age. If the primary guest is under 21 then the reservation will be cancelled and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
  The entrance gate locks every night. You will not be able to enter once the gate is locked. Please call us at (707) 966-9600 to confirm the gate hours that will be in place during your stay. The gate could close as early as 430 pm, so please verify before arrival. 
  There is a 2 night minimum stay for cabin rentals during peak season (3 nights over holiday weekends). VIP Cabin is a 2 night minimum year-round (3 nights over holiday weekends) Rates are subject to final approval by the Bureau of Reclamation. Should the final rate approved by the Bureau of Reclamation be higher than your confirmed rate, your confirmed rate will take precedence and be honored. Should the final approved rate be less than your confirmed rate, your rate will be adjusted down to the approved rate. If you have any questions, please contact us at 707-966-9600. • Summer months mean fire season. Please be aware the fires are not allowed from May 15 - September 15. This includes charcoal BBQs. Propane fire rings and BBQs are allowed, so feel free to bring them!

Cleaning/Damage 

Guests are expected to keep the cabin clean and free of damage. Cleanup of excessive trash, debris, or damage is subject to a penalty of $50 per hour of cleanup/repair. 

Pet Policy 
Pleasure Cove Marina loves our furry guests! Please make sure to be with your pet at all times! Cleaning up after your pet and keeping them on a leash no more than 6 feet is essential to the safety of all our guests, their pets and the local wildlife. 

Check-in / Check out 
Check in is 3pm. Every effort will be made to ensure your cabin is ready by 3pm, in unavoidable instances we may not be able to allow for check-in and you will be notified accordingly if that happens. 
Checkout is 12pm. Late checkouts will be assessed the day of checkout on a first come first served and availability basis. 

Once you have checked out of your cabin, you are welcome to stay and play in the park! Please move your vehicle to a designated parking space and enjoy your day.
