Property and Cancelation Policies :
- The deposit for the first night of the total stay is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid by the guest upon check-in at the accommodation.
- Deposits corresponding to refundable rate reservations are not refundable in the event of cancellations that have not been communicated via email *, at least 48 hours in advance of the expected arrival date and time. Stork Hostel will notify you of receipt and confirmation.
- Reservations made on a non-refundable rate basis, are charged in full in the first week after making the reservation and without the right to return.
-Cancellations and modifications will be accepted only in writing via email *. Stork Hostel will notify you of receipt. Cancellation terms also apply to changes.
-In case of "no show", the total amount of the first night will be charged 24 hours after the alleged check-in time.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may cause your booking to be canceled. Stork Hostel will gladly assist you with the necessary documentation as proof of cancellation for that purpose.

Payment of the stay
-Please note that all reservations will be charged in euros (local currency).

Overbookings
-For reservations confirmed with the first night of the stay paid according to the booking confirmation policy, the rooms and beds will be kept for the guest until check in or late check-in time, depending on notice and a maximum tolerance of 2 hours. If any guest arrives 2 hours after the booked time, their entry will be accepted, losing the previous right to the reservation (if there is no notice as mentioned).
-If the guest arrives and his room / bed is occupied by an eventual overbooking (the Property was not able to contact the client), the guest will be entitled to return the deposited money and transport to another establishment with similar characteristics.
Improvements
-In the continuous work to improve our facilities and to satisfy our guests, Stork Hostel may carry out renovations during some periods of low season. We do our best to ensure that our guests are not affected by renovations and works within the hostel.

- Minors are only accepted in the company of adults and under their full responsibility and with prior notice.

- Check-in time in the room: from 15.00 - please notify the reception in advance if you arrive between 20.00 and 15.00.
- Room departure time: until 12.00.
-The use of the spaces and structures of the hostel before the check-in time or after the check-out time will only be possible if there is availability, and there may be additional costs.
-All guests have the duty to: Make proper use of the facilities, furniture and contracted clothing; Maintain a morally sound attitude, respect the hostel's internal regulations, as well as respect the terms set out in this contract and local laws regarding night noise.
-If there is damage to the accommodation - Breakage of objects, damages and others by the guest, he will be responsible for paying a fee corresponding to the value of his replacement.
-The hostel will not be responsible, in any way, for loss of belongings or money left on the premises of the hostel - We provide lockers with lock at no extra cost in the collective rooms.
