- Thank you for your reservation. We look forward to your stay at the Sunset Motel of St. Ignace.
- Motel office hours: The Motel Office hours are from 8:00am to 11:00pm Eastern Time. On your check-in date please make arrangements to arrive prior to 11:00pm as our office closes for the night.
- Pet policy: Sorry, NO PETS. We do not allow pets on property, onsite, or anywhere within the motel grounds. This policy is strictly enforced. If it is discovered that you have an animal with you after you have checked in, you will be asked to leave the motel. There will be No Refund for any part of your stay.
- Wifi Internet access: Our complimentary Wifi Internet can be accessed by using a password provided in the room.
- Cleaning: Our housekeepers provide daily room cleaning throughout your stay. To cater to our guests' preferences, please alert us upon check-in if you do not wish to have your room cleaned.
- Right to refuse service: The Sunset Motel of St. Ignace reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed not in compliance with these terms of service.
- Maximum room occupancy: Please note the maximum occupancy per room. All reservations must be in compliance. Reservations that have more people staying in a room than the maximum occupancy allows may be asked to leave without refund.
- Cancellation policy: We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the stay.
- Parking: Parking is free during your stay at the Motel.
- Check-in: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
- Credit card charge policies: By making this reservation, you confirm that the provided credit card details are valid, and that The Sunset Motel of St. Ignace may charge the provided credit card at any time prior to arrival. By submitting your credit card information, your room is being guaranteed. The guest on the reservation must be present with a credit card and photo ID at check-in.
- Smoking Policy: There is No Smoking in the rooms. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping/vapes and any other devices. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will incur a charge of $500. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
- Quiet hours: For the comfort of all of our guests, please observe the quiet hours between 9pm and 8am.
- Loss Liability: The Sunset Motel of St Ignace does not assume responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, devices or any other valuables. We are not responsible for contents left in guest rooms or guest vehicles.
- Bicycles: We Do Not allow bicycles to be stored in the rooms. We do have a designated space available if you are in need of bicycle storage.
- Room damages and theft: We may charge your card post-departure for any damage to the room or for theft of any room items.
- Check-in age: Guests checking in must be at least 18 years of age. The Sunset Motel of St Ignace reserves the right to verify the guest's age by their driver's license, state ID card, national ID card, passport, or similar ID.
- Privacy policy: We handle with utmost care all guest information, including credit card details and email addresses, provided to us either directly by the guest or by third-party booking services. Contact information provided by the guest is used only for purposes related to their stay and is deleted after check-out.
