Welcome to the Shoreham Inn!

Built in 1800 as a tavern-hotel, the Shoreham Inn continues to be the cornerstone of the Shoreham community.

The Inn has 10 guest rooms all with private bathrooms. In the main building, we have 7 unique rooms with a variety of bed sizes available. All rooms in the main building are located on the 2nd or 3rd floors, up one or 2 flights of steep stairs.

We have 3 loft style suites located in a converted "Sheep Barn" right behind the main building. Two of the rooms have a king size bed located in a loft overlooking a sitting area and kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator and sink. One suite has the bed and kitchenette on the first floor and the sitting room in the loft.

A full breakfast is included every morning and is served from 7:30am - 9am. We always have coffee available at 7am for the earlier risers.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

We are a small bed and breakfast and cancellations are a hardship for us. To receive your full refund, minus $25 credit card processing fee per room, we require notice of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival. (Memorial Day Weekend (Thursday - Monday) the cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. It is our policy to charge your card for the entirety of your reservation within the cancellation period for your reservation. Standard reservations will, therefore, be charged, in full, 14 days prior to your arrival. No credits or refunds for early departures. No shows are charged for the scheduled stay. If you have any health or travel concerns, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Thank you for your consideration.

Terms and Conditions

The Shoreham Inn is a non-smoking building.

Check in from 3-9pm only. There is no manned front desk to accommodate late check-ins.

Check-Out time is before 11:00am.

Pets are not allowed in the Inn

A one night deposit is required with every online reservation. If canceled at least 14 days in advance of arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, you will be charged for all nights of the reservation for which we cannot re-rent the room. It is our policy to charge your card for the entirety of your reservation within the cancellation period for your reservation. Standard reservations will, therefore, be charged, in full, 14 days prior to your arrival. No credits or refunds for early departures. No shows are charged for the scheduled stay.

All rooms have a set maximum occupancy. Guests arriving with more than the set reservation/room occupancy amount will be charged an additional room night, for each night, at the full room rate. If you have questions on your room's maximum, occupancy, please let us know.
