Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations that are at least 30 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of the total bookling.
If you cancel less than 30 days, sorry there will be no refund and full balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card.
A cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests who have decided to cancel and the owners of Halfmoon Haven – as we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved your dates.
If you have to cancel due to a medical emergency or Covid reestrictions then you can request to reschedule your dates at a later time without any penalty.

Terms and Conditions
At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us.
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on arrival.
Taxes of 15% (PST/GST/MRDT) are added to all bookings.
CHILDREN - We welcome all children and in our Beach Cottage Rental. The Oceanview Suite we welcome all adults/ youth 13 and over, and infants under 1. The suite is not suitable for toddlers and young children. Thanks for your consideration.
PETS - we welcome well behaved dogs in the Oceanfront Beach Cottage only. No cats please as there is a resident cat on the property.
The rate for pets is $30 per night. When booking please add them as an adult to get correct rate. Pets cannot be left unattended and are not to be in the bedrooms and on furniture or extra cleaning fee will apply.
All our accommodations are non smoking: there are outside smoking areas in the carport of teh Beach Cottage and on the main deck of the Oceanview Suite.

Changes or Cancellation by the Company
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.
We will, however, use reasonable endeavors to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to ours.
