Property and Cancelation Policies :
For any cancellation that takes place within less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, there will be a one-night cancellation penalty fee.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is at 2:00 pm. Request for early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to room availability and additional charges (20%).
- Guest's visitors staying in the room after 10:00 pm must register at the Reception Desk and may be subject to extra person charges.
- Room Rate is inclusive of applicable government tax.
- We may sometimes contact guest to inquire if their stay was satisfactory.
- The Hotel provides for the safety and security of guests including the installation of CCTV cameras. However, the Management shall not be responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or other valuables kept inside the Hotel room.
- In compliance with the local government regulations, smoking is permitted only in designated areas. This helps us provide a healthy and comfortable environment for all guest. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and registered guest may be billed the corresponding charges up to Php10,000.
- Damages to and/or loss of hotel property attributable to the registered guest and/or members of his party may incur additional charges and will be billed accordingly.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be leashed and vaccinated.
- Pets should wear a diaper.
- Pets need to be carried in the lobby and hallway.
- Large breed pets are allowed, up to a maximum height of 2 feet.
- Pets that cannot be carried must use the service elevator.
- We allow up to 2 pets per room; any additional pets will incur a charge of Php 1,000 each.
- Pets are allowed in the hallway, room, lobby, and concierge area, but are not permitted in the Penthouse or pool area
