Property and Cancelation Policies :
For reservations of 3 rooms or more or Laguna or Meadow House - full charge if cancelled within 30 days of check in date. Full refund, minus $10 per room for credit card fees, if cancelled more than 30 days out from check in date.
For reservations of the Entire Lodge or Bunkhouse - full charge if cancelled within 30 days of check in date, 50% charge if cancelled within 30-60 days of check in date. Full refund, minus $100 for credit card fees, if cancelled more than 60 days from check in date.
Terms and Conditions
- Prices and Taxes: The full price of the accommodation plus any taxes will be charged at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellation Fee: There is a $10 per room cancellation fee for cancellations at any time to cover credit card processing costs.
- Check In/Out: Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm. If you need to arrive after 8pm, please call us before 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11am. Late check out and early check-in may be available, subject to availability. A valid I.D. must be provided for check-in.
- Quiet Hours - between 10pm and 8am in common areas and 8pm and 8am in shared rooms, please respect our quiet hours.
- Traveling with Minors: Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and supervised at all times while on the property.
- Accessibility or Special Needs: We offer two accessible rooms within the lodge. Please ensure requests reach us by emailing or calling us directly immediately before or after the reservation is made.
- Parking: Free parking is provided for all guests outside of the rooms. During busy times, the parking area may fill up but there is street parking available right out front of the lodge.
- Groups and Events: Any groups larger than 16 people must book directly via email or phone. Any events that include catering, food service, commercial activities or groups larger than 16 people must be approved by the lodge and may also require a Commercial Use Authorization of the National Park Service. Please email your request and we will assist you.
- Liability: Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and vehicles. We are not responsible for any loss due to theft or damage. Guests may store valuables in a secure locker by bringing the items to the staff at the front desk during business hours.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Maximum Stay: No more than 14 days per calendar year.
- Management Rights: Guests must conduct themselves in a responsible manner at all times while on the premises. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime and request the guest vacate the premises. Examples of inappropriate behavior include, but are not limited to, intoxication, excessive noise, harassment and rudeness towards staff or other guests.
- Smoking: the lodge is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, e-cigarettes and vaping of any substance is prohibited inside and outside.
- Marijuana and Drugs: we are located on federal land where marijuana possession and use is illegal. Any use of marijuana or other illegal drugs will be referred to law enforcement and the guests will be asked to leave.
- Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms are not allowed at the lodge. Possession and use of firearms is illegal within Point Reyes National Seashore.
- Authorized Concession: This service is operated by Point Reyes Lodging Corp., a Concessioner under contract with the U.S. Government and administered by the National Park Service. The Concessioner is responsible for conducting these operations in a satisfactory manner. Prices are approved by the National Park Service.
