TT WEEK BOOKINGS - IMPORTANT NOTICE - please note that TT Festival bookings have a minimum 5-night booking requirement during Practice week in respect of bookings that fall within the period 26th May – 2nd June, and a minimum 7-night booking requirement during TT week in respect of bookings that fall in the period 2nd June to 11th June. Some rooms remain available for booking during these periods [updated 18th October 2022]. Terms & Conditions

Contract:

The Contract of booking is between the guest and Falcon's Nest Hotel. The guest accepts responsibility for all payments and all persons included in the booking. Completion of the booking process implies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. These Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Rates:

Prices are inclusive and can vary throughout the year depending on seasonal rates and availability. Seasonal rates also apply for TT/S100/MGP periods.

Provisional Bookings:

A booking can be provisionally made, and a space held for no longer than 4 days. If the hotel has not received confirmation and payment within this time the booking will not be held.

Deposit:

The hotel does not require a deposit when booking or upon arrival. Payment in full is required for bookings taken. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before your stay. After 30 days and up to 14 days before arrival bookings can be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your total stay. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Please Note Race weeks (Practice Week, TT week, S100 and MGP are required to be paid in full at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE

Payment:

We accept payment through the various booking platforms or by credit card.

Damage Deposit:

Guests' payment details will be stored on file and in the event of any damage to the room or hotel/apartment property the hotel reserve the right to charge the guest after their departure.

Availability:

In the unlikely event that the room or apartment booked becomes unavailable, the guest will be moved to another room. If this results in a room upgrade the upgrade will be free of charge. If this is not possible the guest shall receive a refund.

Arrival & Departure:

Check in is available from 4pm on the arrival date and check out will be no later than 10am on the departure date.

Car, Personal Belongings and Safety:

No responsibility can be accepted by the Hotel for loss or damage to any vehicle, its contents and other personal belongings. The guest is advised to arrange travel insurance.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere other than the designated smoking area or off the premises of the hotel.

Pets:

The hotel does offer pet friendly rooms. They should be booked in advance as they are subject to availability with a different rate for the room.

Access:

The Hotel management and Housekeeping staff have access to a guest's room and have the right to ask you and your guests to leave immediately, if considered necessary, for any material breach of the terms of this agreement.

Complaints:

If you have any cause for complaint during your stay at either the hotel or apartments, please notify the reception between the hours of 8:30am and 8:30pm who will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Data Protection:

Falcon's Nest Hotel and Falcon Apartments fully comply with current privacy laws (GDPR). You may access our website without registering your details and during the enquiry and booking process we collect just the amount of personal information needed. We will retain the information you provide for the minimum period necessary to comply with legal and taxation regulations. Your personal information is confidential, stored securely and will never be disclosed by us or sold to anyone else. You can ask to see all information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
