The Building: Bay Harbor ONE is raised on 8 floors and features 36 magnificent modern residences. The balconies were designed to enjoy the beauty of the bay and the magnificent surrounding area. - We offer parking at the building parking garage for a fee of $25 per day (Assigned Parking).
- We offer Daily cleaning is available upon request. An extra fee will apply.
- We offer a Babysitter upon request, an extra fee will apply.
- We offer kosher apartments upon request, an extra fee of $500 will be applied, and payment of the previous night.
