ACCESS:
- In order to improve the quality of the stay and the autonomy of access for guests, we have automated check-in and check-out of our apartments. We inform you of the instructions for access to the building:
1. Building entrance door opening code: 6831#
2. Apartment door opening code: last 4 digits of the Booking / Airbnb reservation + "#". Example: reservation number 1298045. Entry code: 8045#
The access code to the apartment will only be valid from 3:00 p.m. on the day of entry until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure of the reservation.
We remind you that guests have the parking service available to them by prior reservation by contacting the person in charge of the service upon arrival depending on availability. Cost: 8 euros / day.

INTERNET:
- There is free internet access.
- You will find the wifi password under the router.
TOWELS:
- Please, do not take the bath towels out of the apartment.
- The loss or damage of each towel will incur a payment of €20/large towel and €10/small towel.
TRASH:
- Please, throw the garbage in the containers located to the left of the exit door of the building.
HOUSE'S RULES:
- I have made an effort to make my space a pleasant place to share it with you. I hope you feel at home and that you respect it, so that it stays in good condition. Enjoy the house and take care of it as if it were yours :)
- If you have the AC on, do not leave the door or windows open, as this will damage its operation. And if you're going out, please leave it off.
- The apartment is licensed to receive the maximum number indicated in the Airbnb/Booking/etc ad, so it is not allowed to exceed this amount. If this happens, a fine of €250 will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed. If this happens, a fine of €250 will be charged.
- Although I am a fan of animals, their entry is not allowed. If this happens, a fine of €250 will be charged.
- Please, do not smoke or light aromatic candles inside the house. If this happens, an extra cleaning of €150 will be charged.
