Property and Cancelation Policies :
All reservations require a deposit of the first night (plus 14% tax) to guarantee booking. Deposit is refunded if cancelled within policy (less a $35 administration fee per room).
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 50% of stay or 1 night charge plus tax (whichever is greater).
Cancellation is calculated from 4 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) the day of check-in.
Reservations may not be reduced inside of the 14 day window.
Terms and Conditions
- 86 Cannon is an adults only property
- No children under the age of 21 (including infants & toddlers)
- All rooms have a maximum of 2 guests only
- No pets allowed (including emotional support animals)
- No smoking allowed on property. Violations will be charged $500 per incident.
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties are allowed
- No brides and bridal parties are allowed
- We are unable to accommodate whole property bookings
- Only two reservations allowed per group. 86 Cannon reserves the right to cancel any booking(s) that reflect a group with more than two reservations.
- No shows and early departures will result in full charge of booking.
