Doubts regardingreservations are not answered automatically, but individually with a response within 2 business days.
Check in / Check out:
Our check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out or departure time is at 12:00 p.m.
Departures after12:00 p.m. will be subject to pay half rent at 50% of our rack rate.
Payments:
Payment is made upon arrival, can be made by credit card, debit card or cash.
If you want to make a bank transfer, it must be requested 24 hours in advance and on business days (Monday to Friday), or you must contact the hotel directly by calling or sending an email to reservaciones@hmi.mx requesting this form of payment to beindicated, as well as the requirements that are needed.
Changes,Cancellations and No-Show Policies:
Any change orcancellation must be made 24 hrs before your arrival, you can send us an emailto hola@hmi.mx requesting your modifications or by phone at (312) 31-60-750.
You can confirmyour reservation by telephone if your arrival happens between 6:00 p.m to 7:00p.m, otherwise, your reservation will be canceled.
No-show charges will be billed for one night during low season and for the total of your stay during high season.
Hotel services:
Some of the services inside the hotel are free (wifi, parking, gym, and sauna) while others require a minimum fee.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to property owned or under the custody ofthe client.

We have two terraces which can be used for the consumption of food and beverages, but not in the pool areas.
Electricalappliances or equipment for heating or cooking.
Behaviors that we consider reasonably inappropriate, such as:
Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
State of drunkenness or rebellious behavior.
If any behavior seems offensive to other guests or collaborators, we will act accordingly of the situation.
In the unfortunate case where we have to cancel your reservation, you will be obliged to leave the accommodation immediately. Moreover, you will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your group.
