Property and Cancellation Policies:
If you booked your reservation directly with us, by phone, through our Web site, or through our Facebook page, and did not go through an OTA,
all cancellations must be sent to us in writing, at least 45 days prior to arrival date, for a full refund less $50 Credit Card and Administrative Fee.
Refunds are made ONLY to the original credit card. No other card can be used for refunds. No refund for days not used due to late arrival or early departure.
If you booked your reservation through an OTA, for example through Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, AirBnB, Etc, please refer to the
cancellation policy indicated on the OTA's Web site. Cancellations for reservations made through an OTA must be notified to that same OTA.

By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel rules andpolicies.
Major credit card and valid official ID will be required at check-in.
HOUSEKEEPINGWe do not offer daily housekeeping services as most of our guests enjoy their privacy.
However, daily towel service is provided as needed.
For stays of seven nights or more, weekly housekeeping is provided.
CHECK-INCheck-in time is any time after 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, we will try to accommodate an early check-in but there is no guarantee. At check-in, guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card along with a valid form of identification, and sign the registration card. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel rules and policies.
CHECK-OUTCheck-out is at 11 am. If you require a later check-out, please contact our Guest Service Manager before 11 am on the day before departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
PAYMENTPayment must be made in USD currency only. Full payment for the duration of your stay must be made at check-in.

NO-SMOKINGThis policy applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor-cigarettes, cigars, pipe, and all others. To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, the Sea Spray Inn is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed and outdoor areas within the facility without exception, including guest units, common areas, stairs, pool area, outside entrance and walkway areas and all other enclosed facilities. Note that you are allowed to smoke in the courtyard behind the garden-side building, provided that you respect the other guests that would share the courtyard with you. Ashtrays are provided at this area. Please ask our Guest Services Manager for the location of the designated outdoor smoking area. If a smoking violation occurs or if we have reasons to believe that smoking has occurred where it is prohibited, the guest may be charged a non-refundable $250 fee without notice, and will be given one warning not to smoke in the prohibited areas. If this warning is not followed and smoking violation occurs again, the guest will forfeit all fees and will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke or smell.
NO-PETSAll pets are prohibited on property.
“Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.
NO IN-ROOM PARTYThe Sea Spray Inn enforces this rule to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
DAMAGESAccidental damages do happen sometimes. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on-file for any damages - accidental or not - caused to the property, or its content without further notice.
POOLPool operation DAWN to DUSK only. Otherwise pool is closed. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent /guardian at all times.Children who cannot swim, or under the age of 13, must be accompanied in the water by a parent /guardian at all times. There must be a ratio of one parent / guardian per child.No diapers are allowed in the pool, regular or swim diapers.Inner tubes and rings are allowed for use but please respect other swimmers.Glass containers are not allowed near the pool. Acrylic glasses have been provided to you for this. Food is not allowed in the pool.No running around the pool. No diving, pushing, shoving, horseplay, or inappropriate behaviour is allowed. Diving backward, dives and flips are prohibited.Individuals who cannot swim should remain in the shallow end.No children in diapers are allowed in the pool.For your safety. the pool will be closed for periods of 30 minutes in cases of bad weather (thunder, lightning strikes, tornado warnings, etc.)
UNREGISTERED VISITORSGuests must register visitors, and we reserve the right to limit the number of registered visitors admitted on site to respect the other guests..Registered Visitors' vehicles shall be parked on the street only as our parking lots are for registered guests only. These Rules and Policies may be changed without prior notice.
PARKINGPlease indicate the need for a parking space at the time of reservation. One Off-Street parking space will be assigned to you upon check-in. Out of respect to other guests, please use only the parking space assigned to you. A parking pass will be given to you at check-in. This pass must be displayed on your dashboard at all times while parked at the hotel to avoid being towed. One ADA parking space is also available upon request.
