Thisproperty is privately owned, and we reserve the right to refuse service toanyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or forloss or theft of personal property of any kind.
The"registered guest" is responsible for any damages caused bythemselves or any member of their party and guests visiting. Nosmoking or vaping in rooms or on our property. Smoking inside the rooms or in the parking lot will incur a $300 fee. All dishes are to be cleaned. Failure to clean dishes will incur a $30.00 charge. No pets are allowed on the property or in vehicles. QUIET TIME IS 11PM TO 8AM ANDIS STRICTLY ENFORCED, VIOLATORS ARE WILL BEREMOVED. Pets are allowed in designate rooms for an additional charge of $30.00 + taxes per night with maximum charge of $100. Local phone calls are free, long distance and411 charges apply. BBQ use is first come first serve basis. One designated parking stall per room, any extra vehicle will be charged $5.00per day charged, based on availability.
