Policies,terms and conditions
At Antigua Hotel Boutique we are governed by the following policies, terms and conditions in order to offer our guests the best stays. The customer by making his reservation with us accepts these policies, terms and conditions. 
•Reservations, Prices and taxes -Rates with promotion or discount are non-refundable (both for direct customers or agencies or promoters) in case of cancellation, no show or early departure. Date changes are subject to availability and may be made only once. If you need to make a second change, there are no refunds in case of not having available rooms and it will be taken as "Reservation canceled".   Reservations are valid only through our official website www.antiguahotelboutique.com, as well as the authorized portals: Booking.com, Hotel Beds, Airbnb, by telephone or in person, as long as the information is registered in our system and signed by the receptionist in turn corroborating the following customer information: Name of the holder of the reservation room type: Double, Queen or King. Number of people: City/Country:Telephone: Email or another contact:Arrival: DAY/MONTH/YEAR. From 15:00 hrs Departure: DAY/MONTH/YEAR. At 12:00 hrs Total fee is payable Once the payment has been registered, please send by email or whats app the deposit form or proof of transfer. Verify before making the payment of your reservation the price and percentage of applicable taxes (16% VAT + 3% TSH)Once the check-in has been made, you authorize the tax charge and no refund will be made for this reason.  Reservations can be confirmed up to eleven months prior to arrival. 
•Payment and Check-in & Check-out terms - Check-in time is from 3 pm to 12 am. After that time it is considered a No Show and the corresponding policies apply. Checkin can only be done by adults (over 18 years old).It is necessary to present valid official identification when checking in and presenting a credit or debit card or making a cash deposit to cover any unforeseen expenses. The following charges and deposits are payable directly at the property upon receipt of service, check-in or check-out.Extra cleaning service in the room for damage or failure to comply with the smoke-Free Spaces policy.Charge for extra capsules or water.The above list may not be incomplete. In addition, taxes may not be included. Amounts are subject to change. 
•Minors and additional persons -Children are welcome. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge in the same room paid by an adult, always respecting the maximum amount of occupancy per room (4 people)From12 to 18 years old, room space is considered with the adult rate.  Cots are subject to availability.A charge will be made for each additional person of $500.- Mexican pesos, subject to the number of additional people allowed per room type. All prices are in Mexican pesos and are subject to change without prior notice and the establishment of new taxes, not contemplated within the period of THE RESERVE. Prices are plus taxes, 16% VAT plus 3% lodging tax. There are no extra beds available.
•Accessibility or special needs - In case you have a special need, at least one day before your check-in, please communicate via email or by whats app to verify that we have the conditions you require. In case of not doing so, at the time of check-in, the conditions of the reserved room will be considered as accepted by the guest and will not be a reason for a refund. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, are subject to availability at check-in and may have an extra cost. 
•Parking -The daily rate is $150.- Mexican pesos per day and there is indoor and outdoor parking. With 24-hour surveillance. The parking service is not provided by Antigua Hotel Boutique, however, the preferential rate can be accessed according to the pre-established agreement with the company.  Exempting AntiguaHotel Boutique from all responsibility for any event related to its use.
•Service Hours -At Antigua Hotel Boutique we focus on guest service and offer you the best, our receptionist is additionally trained as a Concierge, from 9 am to 12 am.
•Events, groups, or conventions -The request for reservations of 4 rooms minimum onwards will be considered a Group.To cancel an indirect or group reservation, the organizers or agencies will have a period of 15 days before the arrival date for the refund of 60% of your deposit. The Hotel does NOT accept extensions or refunds of money once these deadlines have expired. There are no 100% refunds. When a client or group has to advance their departure date for any reason external to the Hotel, the total or partial refund of the nights already paid will be restricted. Roomtype change: Room upgrade subject to availability. If you have it, it will be confirmed by the same way or email. This confirmation will be understood as notified and accepted by the guest or Group, at the time of being sent via email or WhatsApp and paid/deposited/charged to your credit card the payment of the first night of stay. The customer agrees that any verbal agreement not entered into herein is invalid.
•Use of Personal Information - The client/guest, authorizes when making his reservation accepts that his personal data (full name, date of birth, name of the companions, telephone number, address, email, cell phone, card number, bank account number, bank and all those sensitive data) will be used for registration and payment in our system to receive the contracted services; as well as to establish the communication exclusively of the services offered during your stay and promotions of our hotel.
•Force Majeure - Events of force majeure are considered those of natural cause or external to AntiguaHotel Boutique, for which we are not responsible for the damages caused.
•Guest guests - Access to the rooms is only allowed to guests registered with the hotel. The discounts and benefits agreed with Antigua Hotel Boutique are exclusive to guests. Access to the rooms is at an additional cost per person. Some activities or facilities may have limited access. Guests are invited to contact the property using the contact details on the booking confirmation. 
•Pets - Pets are not allowed.  (Except service pets)
•Smoke-Free Spaces (Smoking) - All rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A cleaning fee of $1,000.- Mexican pesos will be charged to all guests who violate this policy and/or activate the room's smoke detector. 
•LGBTQ - Our property is LGBTQ friendly, so it accepts guests of any gender and sexual orientation.
