Please verify that the telephone number you supplied when making your reservation is correct to ensure we can make contact with you prior to your arrival (international code + telephone number), thank you. 

It is the responsibility of the guest to contact us on the morning of their arrival to guarantee a representative is present to process registration of the client as a guest and to give them the keys to the apartment they have reserved.  Should the guest know their time of arrival prior to the day, we would appreciate you inform us as soon as possible.  Hours for direct contact with reception are from 10’00h to 14’30, and from 17’00 to 20’00h.    

It is possible that on arrival guests may have to make contact with personnel situated, at certain hours, in a workshop around the corner from the main entrance to reception (4 meters approx.).  In these cases, guests can either go directly to the workshop or can call the numbers that here follow when personnel with come to meet them: Tel: (+34) 957 498 222  |  Cel: (+34) 744 465 446      


HOURS and FORMAT for CHECK-IN  |  ARRIVAL  14’00h – 20’00h   
We remind you that the check-in, or arrival time is between 14’00h and 20’00h and inform you that it is of the utmost importance that any arrival planned outside of these hours is communicated as soon as possible so that we may coordinate your access plan.  Without prior contact, we cannot guarantee the immediate presence of personnel to provide keys and access to your apartment.    

For arrivals outside of the hours stipulated above, additional coordination/communication is required to provide access codes for our buildings and for the key safes situated inside from where you be able to collect your keys.  In these cases, the obligatory form officially requested by the Police for each guest, will be left in the apartment so that you can fill in the required information and deliver it at reception within office hours, or leave it in the apartment for us to collect should your stay be for a single night and departure early the following day.  On this same form, where applicable, it is very important that you give us the model, colour and licence plate of your vehicle so that we may inform the authorities of your stay with us and avoid penalties for driving through restricted traffic areas in the historic part of the city.

We will always attempt contact with our guests on the day of their arrival in the absence of previous communication, but in cases when we haven’t had direct communication specifying arrivals outside of check-in hours,we will send a message (WhatsApp or SMS) to the mobile number provided at reservation, and an email, with instructions for independent access to the apartments.  In these cases we would charge the reservation amount to the card provided, on the day of arrival. Should your stay be for a single night only, the keys can be deposited in the wall hung key booths to the left of exit of each building (white with the image of a key).    

Unfortunately we aren’t able to receive our guests before check-in time of 14’00.  Guests are required to check-out at 12’00 and we require enough time for Housekeeping to prepare the apartment for the next guest’s arrival.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Check-out is at 12’00h, which ensures that the apartment can be prepared in time for the arrival of the next guest,and avoids any possible additional charge. We remind guests that this establishment doesn’t provide a concierge service as we cannot guarantee the availability of personnel to return luggage at a given time, which could cause delays for your onward journey.

- Our establishment is not fitted with an elevator.
- Our Deluxe Triple Room does not have kitchen facilities. 
- Our Studio Loft is an open space without separation of bedrooms. 
- Our Standard Studio is prepared for people with disabilities.

- Taxi Stop in front of the Train/Bus Station  |  6-8€ aprox. |  7 minutes aprox.
- Bus Stop in front of the Train/Bus Station.Line number 3 (stop in Paseo de la Ribera-Potro) | €1.20 p/p. |  20 minutes aprox.

-       Take A-4 from the road  La Terminal del Aeropuerto – 4 min (2.8km)

By Train - Direct Trains into Córdoba Central Station from the following Cities:

PARKING
You have 2 options for parking in this area: 

-      Public Parking Gran Capitan in Paseo de la Ribera, 1 which is situated 100 meters from the apartments, at a cost of 15€ per day (14 €/day: special price for our guest if we stamp your ticket in your check-in) 
-      Street Parking  - There is free street parking on the other side of the Guadalquivir River, crossing the Miraflores bridge.  We recommend dropping off your luggage at the apartments before parking here, as it is approximately a 7 minute walk.               
In Paseo de la Ribera, 7 there is a taxi stop where you can let your car for awhile and come directly to our office with the luggage.
