Welcome to Raglan West Accommodation and thank you for joining us. In order for our accommodation to be enjoyed by all those here and to keep our accommodation safe, we set out below our Accommodation Rules which apply to all those using our accommodation.
House Rules
- Please be respectful to others at all times. If you are under the age of 18 you need to be accompanied by a adult. Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times, with absolute quietness from 10pm to 7am. Music systems are not to effect others and switched off between 10pm and 7am. No refunds for eviction due to noise issues. This is not a party venue.
- Guests must report to the café (Food Department | Raglan Roast | 45 Wainui Road, Raglan) before occupying a unit, unless other arrangements have been made with the Accommodation Manager.
- Check in is 2pm. Check out is by 10am. A late fee of $20 will be applied to any guests leaving between 10.30am - 1pm, after 1pm a full nights tariff will be charged.
- Alcohol is only permitted to be consumed in your allocated unit or deck directly outside. Alcohol is not to be consumed elsewhere within the site. Responsible consumption of alcohol which does not annoy, upset or offend others is permitted. Excessive drinking and parties which disrupt others are not permitted. Raglan West Accommodation staff have the right to refuse entry/re-entry to the accommodation if guests are intoxicated.
- There is zero tolerance for misconduct, profanity, theft, vandalism and graffiti. Offenders will be evicted without refund of any payments made. Reparation for any damage caused will be deducted from the credit card on file or required by the primary guest. Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated.
- Dogs are not permitted in this accommodation. Anyone found with a dog will be asked to remove it or leave immediately. Animals are not permitted in the units.
- Our accommodation includes one parking space for your car only. Should you plan to bring more than one car, you must contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate, this is not guaranteed.
- Please report any breakages or damages in the units. Anyone found liable for damage or breaking accommodation rules, terms and conditions in the Accommodation will be charged.
- As a reminder please ensure that you keep all valuables secure. Put away recreation equipment, lock your doors and ensure all vehicles are secure.
- Parental control is expected for minors.
- Credit card details will be held for 14 days after departure in our secure pay booking system for ALL unit bookings in case of damages.
- We do not accommodate long term or permanent stays.
All visitors to the accommodation have an obligation to take responsibility for their own health and safety. In order to do so, we ask that the following rules be adhered to:
- You must refrain from any practice that may endanger the health and safety of yourself and any other person.
- You must report any hazards.
- No fires are permitted.
- No fireworks are permitted, as they have the potential to cause danger and damage.
