Regarding non-refundable fees, the hotel may charge the full amount of the reservation at any time after check-in. If there are cancellations or no shows there is no refund in any case.
Terms and Conditions
The reservation is confirmed by credit card. The amount to be paid upon arrival at the accommodation must be paid during your stay at the hotel, unless otherwise indicated in the hotel conditions. Attention: it is possible that the validity of the credit card is checked before the arrival of the client.
Payments:
Payment will be made in the hotel's currency: Chilean pesos or dollars. Payment will be made directly to the accommodation. No charge will be made at the time of booking. Room rates do not include taxes.
Internet:
The hotel has free WIFI in all common areas of the hotel and all rooms.
VAT tax payment:
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying in Chile more than 59 days) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Guests who are exempt from paying the tax must pay for their stay in USD and present the immigration card they received upon arrival in the country.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged an additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.
Foreign guests must present their stamped passport and immigration paper from the PDI to prove residence outside of Chile and be exempt from VAT.
