Property and Cancelation Policies :
- All reservations canceled more than 72 hours before the arrival date will be entitled to a refund of the total amount of the reservation payment.
- All reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date or the guest does not show up, the value of the first night will be charged.
- Reservations made 72 hours before or on the same day of arrival are Non-Refundable and in case of cancellation or no-show, the value of the first night will be charged.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, no refund will be made.
- To cancel a reservation, the guest must send a cancellation request to the same platform or application from which they booked and immediately afterward they will receive an email confirming its cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
- All bed or room reservation requests must include the first and last name of all adults who will be staying in the room and a valid credit card as a guarantee of arrival.
- People of any age can be accommodated, and those over 16 years of age are required to present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Rates include tax.
- Check-in time is from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is until 10:30 a.m. the day after check-in.
- Maximum occupancy rules: 1 person maximum per single bed. In full room reservations, the maximum number of people will be equal to the number of beds in the reserved space. The hostel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people is detected in the reservation.
- The hostel may charge the card 72 hours before arrival. If an error is detected on the credit card or it is "invalid", the guest will have two hours to replace it with a valid card. After that time, the reservation will no longer be guaranteed and may be cancelled. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
- The guest, during their stay, is responsible for the bed or room reserved and for any damage caused to the hostel and its contents. This includes losses, negligent actions and behavior. In this case, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund and a detailed statement of damage will be sent along with an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement.
- Bed linen and towels must be placed where they were originally found and must remain in the establishment.
- The hostel allows guests, upon consultation, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries to the property. The hostel is not responsible for packages or their content or storage, nor is it responsible for the loss or forgetting of personal items in the facilities.
- Smoking is prohibited in all spaces within the hostel, according to law 42/2010
- The hostel has parking for bicycles according to availability.
- The establishment doesn´t have cribs or extra beds.
- Pets are not allowed.
