Lovely accommodation in the stunning Ferguson Valley, a beautiful pocket of Western Australia’s south west, Henty Lodge offers guests the chance to enjoy a slower pace of life in this stunning Ferguson Valley Accommodation. Being only a couple of hours’ drive from Perth, Henty Lodge is ideally situated for visitors to take advantage of the region’s diverse attractions such as wineries, breweries, pottery & glass studio. Gnomesville, a village of gnomes in nearby Wellington Mill, is a particularly charming place. We are only 15 minutes from the fabulous Wellington Dam where you will find the fantastic mural which is painted across the dam wall. Also nearby, just twenty minutes from Henty Lodge, is Bunbury, a port city with strong links to the history of WA. Situated on almost 80 acres, the property’s stunning features include gardens, woods and a lake. Guests are welcome to explore the property at their leisure. Perhaps bring your wellies in the cooler months and enjoy some long walks around the dam. You may spot some of Henty Lodge’s abundant wildlife including birds, butterflies, frogs and occasionally long necked turtles.
We also have around 120 sheep and an Alpaca on the property, Freddie. From time to time we have lambs that we have hand reared and bottle feeding – you are welcome to help us do this – just ask!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Less than 14 days prior to arrival but more than 7 days -we will transfer the deposit to another date within the next 6 months subjectto availability.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival but more than 2 days -the deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 2 days and the full amount for the cost of thestay will be charged to your credit card.

1. CHECK IN/ OUT
Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges may apply. We will email the access details with the key box number the day before arrival. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked and keys placed back in the key box unless otherwise advised.
2. MAXIMUM GUESTS– unless otherwise agreed with the owners 1 Bedroom Lodge –maximum 2, 2 Bedroom Lodge –maximum 4
3. DAM We have a large dam on the property that is not fenced - Swimming or Fishing is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
4. CHILDREN The property is not suited to children under 12 as we have a dam on the property. We are happy to discuss if you wish to bring children under the age of 12. Please ensure you contact us prior to booking with children under 12.
5. PAYMENT 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival and will be taken from the credit card that was used for the deposit. If you wish to pay this via another method please advise prior to arrival.
6. WIFI & MOBILE RECEPTION We do have W-Fi on the property through Starlink. The reception is generally good however pleased be mindful that we are a rural property so can be a little slower sometimes. This is the same for mobile reception.
7. PETS As we are a working and have sheep with lambs we do not accept any pets.
8. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the property. We prefer that you don’t smoke outside due to the fire risk however if you do smoke outside please ensure that you dispose of the cigarette correctly and do not discard on the property. An ashtray is provide just outside the back door.
9. DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY We understand that accidents happen, please ensure you advise us of any issues or breakages. It will be at the owner's discretion as to whether there will be a charge.
10. SUPPLIES/PROVISIONS If you have ordered any breakfast supplies etc. these will be placed in your fridge ready for your arrival.
11. INDEMNITY We do not condone Unsafe, unruly, illegal or irresponsible behaviour on the premises. We accept no responsibility for any actions, incidents, damage, loss or injury sustained during your stay.
12. PERSONAL PROPERTY We take no responsibility for your personal property. All personal items left behind will be held for a period of 30 days, please contact us to arrange the safe return of these items to you.
13. LINENS/TOWELS Your beds will be made up for your arrival and towels will be placed in the bathrooms. We also supply a small amount of toiletries to start you off.
14. PANTRY ITEMS You will find a few pantry items for your use. Salt and Pepper, Olive Oil and Vinegar, Spray Oil, Cling wrap and Foil.
