- Check-in time is from 15:00. Please note there is no reception at Riga Lux Apartments - Ernesta and every guest is met individually workdays until 18:00. For check-in after 18:00 and on weekends we provide guests with easy and detailed step-by-step self check-in instructions 1-2 days before arrival.
- Check-out time is until 11:00. Late check-out is possible respecting the following guests at additional cost and must be booked in advance.
- All prices include VAT (12%), no extra taxes or fees are applicable to the rates provided for reservation;
- The price includes weekly apartment cleaning (for stays longer than 7 days), free Wi-Fi and 24/7 technical support;
- Guests are required to fill in check-in form by on line registration in advance or in presence upon arrival;
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay;
- Payments for accommodation and extra services can be made by bank transfer in advance or by credit card or in cash upon arrival. Credit card details are requested at the moment of reservation to secure the payment in case of no-show;
- Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check-in unaccompanied;
- Any modifications of the stay shall be notified in advance and are subject to availability and rate change;
- Friends are always welcome to visit however only guests who are listed on the reservation can live in Apartment;
- Maximum booking occupancy is set out in reservation confirmation;
- Children under age of 2 years stay free of charge in accordance with occupancy of booked apartment. Baby cribs / cots are available upon request;
- Parking place on site is a subject of availability for extra charge EUR 8 per car per night, advance reservation required. Parking place nearby the building is available for EUR 5 per car per night, no advance reservation required;
- Pets are allowed for extra charge EUR 7-10 per night, advance reservation required;
- Apartment cannot be rented as a party venue or of any troublesome activity. The quiet hours are from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- It is not allowed to smoke in apartment and common areas of the building (including balconies). Smoking is allowed only outside of the building in specially designated areas.
