Property and Cancellation Policies :
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 2 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Terms and Conditions
• Standard check out time is 10am.Late check out will be charged NZD $30.00 per hour. If you request late check-out, please contact front desk one day beforehand so that we can try to adjust the time according to availability.
• Security Deposit of $200-$300 will be charged upon check in, Security deposit will be refunded in full upon check out, if no policy is breached or no damage has been done to the apartment.
• In order to ensure comfort to all our guests, parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited inside the room.
• We do require VALID credit card details, if the CREDIT CARD is DECLINED, your booking can be CANCELLED without any notice.
• Smoking is strictly not allowed in the room. If this rule is violated, NZD $200 fine will be charged.You can only smoke in the balcony. However, the residue level dropped after smoking is strictly prohibited, otherwise, NZD $1000 will be charged.
• Our front desk/reception is available from 7.30am to 9pm every day. Room services are from 11am to 5pm. Any special request please contact us in advance.
• Guest shall keep the room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Any damage to the hotel property caused by the guest or by his/her guest/visitor shall be charged to your account.
• Additional charges shall be applied to colour or blood-stained towels and linens.
• Pets are strictly not allowed. If the guest found out in the room with pet, NZD $500.00 will be charged.
• All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and our room rates do not include breakfast.
• Any excess to the 1/4 pax limit and/or child above 8 years of age shall be charged for NZD $50 per night.
• Hotel is not responsible for any personal items lost.
• Damaged or lost key/card will be charged NZD $300.00 per key/card.
• Booking 3 or more rooms will be considered as group booking. 30% of total price non-refundable deposit will be charged.
• Any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the management, or if any inappropriate behaviour (such as doing inappropriate acts in the room with open curtains) is brought to the attention of our management, we reserve the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
• The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects arising out of the actions of your guests during your stay or during their visit. Neither the Hotel, nor its staff, shall be held responsible for any force majeure or circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, natural calamities, disasters, civil unrest, war, mechanical breakdown or failure of public utilities.
