Located in the quiet Steinfelder Gasse in Cologne’s city center close to the Cathedral and central station, statthaus offers eight fully furnished apartments of different sizes and layouts. The
unique listed building does not feature an elevator. Every unit comes with private bathroom/WC, kitchen and intercom door system. Each apartment is individually furnished with antiques and functional modern furniture. It’s not just another hotel room – here you can reside in your own apartment like it’s home sweet home.
For groups of up to 20 people, we make the whole statthaus available
exclusively. This way you can arrange all apartments individually and explore
Cologne from your own personal home base. For larger seminars or conferences, a few houses further down Steinfelder Gasse, a bright & spacious furnished conference room is available. Rental is available through the pastoral office of St. Gereon - please contact us if you need it.

and self-catering travellers: they all come with a fully equipped
kitchenette, en-suite shower/WC, intercom system and, if desired, even
your own personalized doorbell.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING, not even at the open window. - 200,00 € fine for special cleaning time and effort.
Please respect the other guests and neighbours and keep the NOISE down in the hallway and in the apartment incl. balcony or patio between 10pm and 8am.
Film and photo shoots only on request. No Parties.
The apartments may not be left to third parties without consultation with the owner. The contract partner is liable for damages caused by third parties.
For the protection of our guests, the entrance area in the hallway is CCTV-monitored. All data is being deleted within 7 days.
Expenses for lost key replacements (System lock) - 125,00 €
Date related prices on request. All prices include V.A.T. and standard final cleaning. Safety-deposit 300 €. For group bookings amount may differ.
COVID-19: Mask wearing mandatory in common areas. The legal regulations apply. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that are contrary to these regulations.
