- Strictly NO Cancellation of booking reservations.
- Rebooking is only permitted if it is requested five days before the original reservation date, subject to room availability and rebooking fee of Php 500.
- Bringing of outside foods are NOT ALLOWED. (Restaurant is available inside for your convenience)

- 1. Guests will be charged per night.
- 2. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. on the day of departure.
- 3. If upon check-in the guest does not specify the duration of his or her stay the management will presume it is for one night.
- 4. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, for late arrival, advance notice is required to avoid cancellation, (no show/no call) is considered cancelled.
- 5. Only guests are allowed to stay in a room. Children older than 4 years old or the third guest must pay P500.00 for extra bed including breakfast. For extra guest that does not wish to pay for an extra bed, a fee of P300.00 will be charged for entrance and breakfast.
- 6.Bills must be settled by cash or bank transfer (gcash, mobile banking), personal cheques are not accepted.
- 7. Security Deposit of P1,000 is required upon check-in, it will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages on the facilities, equipment and items.
- 8.Guests wishing to check out later than 12:00 are requested to ask for permission from our reception before 12:00 p.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise it will be charged for one additional night.)
- 9.Strictly NO Cancellation of reservation. Only rebooking is allowed. (Refers to Cancellation Policy)
- 10.Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the domes.
- 11.Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places in the glamping area is prohibited.
- 12.Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited. For security reason, joiner must register at reception before entering the room.
- 13.Ordering and delivery of food is from 7am to 8pm only. Should you wish to order breakfast the following day, kindly inform our reception the night before.
- 14.Hanging of any items inside the guest room windows that might ruin the appearance is prohibited.
- 15.Installation of any foreign item within glamping area is prohibited.
- 16.Extension of your stay without reservation is subject to room availability.
- 17.Gambling or any other behavior that is against public morals are prohibited.
- 18.Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent.
- 19.Guests and other individuals using the glamping services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests. Keep your noise to a minimum. The management may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
- 20.Guests are expected to keep all the equipment and furniture in their rooms free from damage.
- 21.Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement and will be automatically deducted to the security deposit.
- 22.Stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to the security deposit.
- 23.Extra linens/towels/beds will be charged accordingly and subject for availability.
- 24.Strictly no eating inside our domes, you can do this outside, we’ve provided tables and chairs for you.
- 25.Guests are particularly requested not to bring valuables during glamping. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings.
- 26.Strictly No smoking/cooking inside our domes.
- 27.Drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed until 10 pm only. Partying/staying up late is discouraged in consideration to other guests.
- 28.For guests availing our trekking package, it usually takes 15-30 minutes walk and requires a minimum effort. We highly encourage our guests to declare any medical conditions such as heart problem or hypertension. The management will not be liable if anything arises related to your medical problem along our trek.
- 29.Bringing of outside cooked food and beverages are allowed provide a corkage is required. P500 - small domes, P1,000- Big domes, Villa and Casita. Chips, Cake and bottled water are OK.
