The newly renovated 'Evergreen Inn' is the new talk of the town with affordable rates and beautifully themed rooms. Each room with new beds, linens, furniture, flooring, fixtures, decor & the list goes on! We have 12 beautifully themed rooms each telling the story of Leavenworth's history with photos dating back to the 1920's.
In each of our rooms you'll also have a: *Microwave, Mini Fridge, Smart TV, Keurig w/pods, Free WiFi, Hairdryer, A/C and heat. Self check-in/check-out with a code to your own private outdoor entrance and one free parking spot.
Shared Amenities include: a deck area with individual seating for each room. Should you need anything during your stay, the office hours are Monday thru Friday 8am - 4pm & Sat/Sun 9am - 12pm.
Our rooms ARE pet friendly and we will require a $25 per pet fee to be paid prior to your stay. Any undisclosed pets will be charged a $100 fee.

Terms and Conditions
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
B. All guests shall abide by Evergreen's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
C. PETS allowed. We require a $25 per pet fee to be paid prior to your stay. Two Pet max under 65lbs max per dog. Any undisclosed pets will be charged a $250 fine.
D. Guest must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. NO smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the room will be charged an additional $500 fumigation fee.
G. Guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. Guest is permitted one free parking stall. Any additional vehicles beyond 1 vehicle is on a first come first service and must be authorized prior to arrival. Any authorized vehicles in addition to the complimentary 1 car will be charged a $25.00 fee and must park at our lot on west side of building down below by Commercial street.
I. Guest may NOT leave car parked in the parking lot after check out unless leaving vehicle parked was authorized by staff and guest has paid the $25 after check out parking fee or $25 late check out fee. All vehicles left past 11am checkout will be subject to towing fees should the car need to be removed. Please note paying for the $25 fee for extra vehicle parking will require an additional $25 fee for staying parked past checkout. Leaving car parked past check-out is until 2pm at which point the vehicle would need to be moved.
