Offering sophisticated designs, beautifully finished guestrooms and indulgent amenities, choose from one of seven room options housed in our two properties located a short two minute walk apart. All of our carefully curated guestrooms and suites are uniquely adorned and feature modern ensuites, premium bedding, spa bath products, Nespresso espresso/coffee machines, mini fridges, air conditioning as well as fireplaces and private terraces in several room options.You’ll have access to free Wifi and Smart TV but we encourage you to relax, disconnect and enjoy pampered luxury!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
A deposit of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The balance of the full booking amount is due on arrival and will be processed automatically at check-in time to the credit card on file.
Reservations are fully refundable up to five days prior to arrival, unless otherwise noted at time of booking (i.e.: promotional rates noted as "non-refundable"). If the reservation is cancelled within five days of arrival, deposit of the first night's stay plus tax will be forfeited.
PLEASE NOTE: Group Reservations of three or more suites are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, deposit of the first night's stay plus tax will be forfeited.
If for any reason the your plans change, please just give us a call and let us know! Your reservation is guaranteed until the end of the day of arrival. After that time, the remainder of your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
Please call us at 226-962-6394 if you would like to cancel your stay. All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Early check in / late check out is available for a fee and is subject to availability.
Contactless Check In
Incorporated into our boutique inn is the latest check in technology, offering guests a unique and stress-free arrival experience. Everything is completely wireless, from booking your suite to our online check in, to settling in at your leisure. We have implemented a no-contact check-in and check-out process that is easy, convenient, and safe. If you have any trouble at all settling in when you arrive, please don’t hesitate to reach out! If we happen to be out and about, we are never far and can be there at a moment’s notice for anything you need!
Parking Policy
Free onsite parking is limited to one vehicle per room, unless otherwise noted at time of reservation. Guests staying in The Bondy and/or The William Suite must use on street parking. The Ayrshire House does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at The Ayrshire House.
Children/Additional Guest Policy
Room occupancy limits (as outlined within suite descriptions) apply for adults guests; however, we welcome dependents under the age of 18. Children under the age of 2 stay free. Each room has only their listed available beds; guests will need to provide their own sleeping arrangements for any additional dependent guests. If your children are accompanying you, please let us know. A fee of $10/additional guest between the ages of 3 and 18 will be charged.
No Pets Policy
As much as we love pets, The Ayrshire House does not offer pet-friendly accommodation at this time.
Non Smoking Policy
Breathe easy. All of our properties are Non-Smoking. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any evidence of smoking within any rooms or on property will result in a fine, an excess cleaning charge of $100, and a stern disappointed look.
Quiet Hours
We are committed to providing a peaceful night's rest for all guests and strictly enforce quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. We ask our guests to be respectful of their neighbours and not to congregate in halls or public areas where the noise will disturb others.
Parties are not allowed in the guest rooms and suites at any time and only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless prior approval has been granted. While we attempt to give at least one warning before eviction and/or calling the authorities, this policy may be enforced without warning to protect other hotel guests.

All noise complaints which resulted in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest room whose noise caused the complaint. All money and/or deposits will be forfeited upon eviction.

Security cameras are in use at all times in all outdoor spaces (including patios) of The Ayrshire House and The Ayrshire Suites, as well as in common areas (including the sunroom, foyer and hallway) in The Ayrshire House.
The Ayrshire House is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables or theft or damage to vehicle.

Property damages, the costs of cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible use of the room(s)/suite(s), or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The registered guest acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for damages to the room, property, linens and contents and loss of any items therefrom. Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or to eject guests from the premises at our sole discretion.
COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic our services have been modified to protect the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community.
We will continue to monitor the provincial government’s guidelines and will update our site accordingly as necessary. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation at any time (including modifying the type of guest room or accommodations requested), to close portions of the hotel and amenity spaces, and to limit or eliminate services otherwise offered by the hotel at the owner’s or operator’s discretion.
