To give you an overview of what to expect at our property, please allow us to share some information of our place and its surroundings.
Tropical Fun-Ta-Sea Rentals is located in Lala-o, San Juan, Siquijor. The municipality of San Juan is known as the the top tourist destination in the province. Our property is a small piece of land situated in between the main highway and the long stretch of white sand beach of Lala-o. Since it is located along the main road, accessibility is a big advantage. But, we would also like to give our guests a heads up, that since it is beside the road, noises from vehicles cannot be avoided. In as much as we would want to give a perfectly quiet and comfortable holiday for you, this is one set back of our property that is beyond our control.
But worry not, our rooms are directly facing the beach. The white powdery sand is just a few steps away from the rooms. The spectacular view of the sea, breathtaking sunset and our genuine hospitality are definitely worth the experience at our property.
Guests will find within our property a bungalow building with our Deluxe Rooms, a 3-Storey building with our Family Rooms, and Rogelio's Beach Bar and Restaurant with alfresco and indoor dining areas. Our Restobar is open from 7 AM to 9:30 PM serving all meals, snacks and bar drinks. Live entertainment from local acoustic bands on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 9:30 PM. Also, a spa is located across the street from our main property.
We do offer water sports rental, bike rental, snorkeling set rental, island tours and other activity packages such as snorkeling tour with speedboat and sunset cruising. A floating platform near the shore is also available as an onsite facility where our guests can dine ,jump off/dive to the water when it's high tide or where they can just hang out while swimming.
When it is high tide and the sea is calm, it is the best beach experience for our guests. But there are also times when the sea is at its lowest tide and the water is far from seashore and is not suitable for swimming. Guests may opt to do other alternative activities like island touring, play beach volleyball, frisbee or sunbathing.
The best time to visit in our side of the island is between November to May (especially February to April) when the sea is calm and just the perfect beach weather. Between July to October, we may experience occasional bad weather conditions due to Southwest monsoon or "Habagat". Other weather disturbances may occur anytime of the year when there are tropical depressions or typhoons. But generally, our place is safe throughout the year.

Late Check-out Fees: ₱200.00
Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Terms and Conditions
- All remaining reservation balance must be settled upon check in. All other charges incurred during the stay must be settled 2 hours before check out.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of any cash or valuables through the guest’s negligence.
- Room keys must be returned to the front office before check out. The loss of key will be charged Php200.00.
- Smoking is STRICTLY not allowed inside the room.
- Prohibited drugs, combustible materials, deadly weapons and other items prohibited by law are not allowed inside the resort premises.
- Cooking is STRICTLY prohibited.
- Please inform the front desk or any staff if you want to request for make up room. Housekeeping will never enter the room without guest permission.
- Check in time is 2:00PM and Check out time is 12:00 NN. Stay extension may be allowed for a maximum of 3 hours but depending on room availability. Charge is Php200.00/hr.
- Please inform the front desk 1 hour before you are ready to check out so they can check the room before you leave.
- Avoid staining the towels, pillowcase, and bedsheet. Stained towels, pillowcase, and bedsheet will be charged Php500.00 each.
- Any damages and things taken out from the property will be charged to the guest accordingly.
- Illegal activities are prohibited. Please respect privacy at all times.
- Avoid causing disturbance and nuisances in the premise
