Thereservation is guaranteed until the day of your arrival. After thatmoment, the room is no longer guaranteedand you may be re-allocated to another room.
Non-refundable reservations
Yourcredit card will be charged within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
Check-in /Check-out / Opening hours
Check-in at 14 PM
Youmay check-in at any time, check-in time to the room(s) will be at 2 PM, localtime. Thefull payment of the accommodation must be paid at the moment of the check-in.Please be aware that check-in can not be completed until full payment has beenreceived and approved. Youwill be provided with a magnetic card for opening the room upon arrival andafter the total amount of the accommodation has been paid. Duringthe check-in process, our reception team will provide you with all informationthat you may need during your stay, such as location of nearby shops,restaurants, places to know and see during the day or night and so on. Rememberthat you can request any information at our reception to make your stay aspleasant as possible.
Check-out at 10 AM
Youcan check-out at any time up to 10:00 AM local time. Inthis regard, you may request extended departure times, although we may notalways be able to accommodate last minute changes, as we are dependent on hotelavailability and occupancy.Atcheck-out time, leave the magnetic cards at the reception. Pleasenote that, a more detailed inspection of the room is generally carried outafter check-out time, and we reserve the right to charge for any damage foundbefore the room is re-occupied. Bedlinen and towels must be placed where they were originally found, they are NOTgifts and must remain in the property.
Cancellation Policies
Pleaseread our cancellation policy carefully, our reception team is instructed tofollow this policy and rules.Therefore, in order to avoid any misunderstanding,we would appreciate your attention to the following: Standard Rate
● If the guest cancels more than 30days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
● If the guest cancels less than 30days in advance, it is non-refundable.
● In case the guest simply does notshow up, (and does not cancel more than 30 days in advance), the full price ofthe booking will be charged and is non-refundable.
● There is only one way in which wecan acknowledge the receipt of the guest's booking cancellation, and it is theguest's obligation to send a cancellation request indicating the booking numberby e-mail to the following address: reservas@edeniahoteles.com.
● All cancellations are confirmed byemail immediately after the booking is cancelled.
Non-refundable Rate
● You will be charged the full priceafter booking and this is non-refundable.
Smoke and Harm Policies
● Smoking is not allowed in ourestablishment in any of our areas.
● Smoking is not allowed in our rooms.You will be asked to sign a document agreeing to a fine of USD 500 if we find ANY evidence of smoking inside the roomor in any area of the building.
Please be aware of the following. We may immediately cancel thebooking for the following reasons:
● If more guests are staying at theproperty than agreed.
● If you make excessive noise in theevening or at night.
● A charge of USD 85 will be made foreach additional guest per night. We reserve the right to cancel anyreservation, without refund.
● Pets up to 10kg are allowed in thehotel. ● The hotel is not responsible forpersonal belongings lost or forgotten on the premises.
Damages and losses
Duringyour stay, the room and all equipment and furniture must be treated with careand kept in order. Hotel staff will be expected to be notified immediately ofany damage to the room. Youare financially responsible for any damage to the room. This includes lossescaused by you or by the negligent behaviour and actions of a third party. Acheck will be carried out at check-out time. Nevertheless, a more detailedcheck of the condition of the room and all equipment and facilities will becarried out shortly after check-out and before another guest occupies the room.The tenant is responsible for damages above and beyond normal wear and tear. Inthis case, a detailed statement of damage together with an invoice for the costof repair or replacement will be sent immediately by e-mail or fax. Anycosts will be deducted from the deposit if this is still possible. Please notethat we will send you an immediate notification after check-out about damagesin the room. HotelEdenia can take the necessary steps to resolve any problems and ensure that allequipment and facilities function and are provided as expected.
