As per the new state law effective from July 1, 2024, Hollywood Hills Hotel offers a 24-hour free cancellation window after booking confirmation. This policy applies only to reservations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date. For reservations made within 72 hours of arrival, our standard cancellation terms will apply. We recommend guests carefully review these terms during the booking process.
Refundable Bookings:
Card authorized for the first night deposit at booking and charged after 24 hours. Any balance will be charged 48 hours before check-in. Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a deposit refund. Post-deadline cancellations forfeit the first night; the rest is refunded. Date changes possible up to 48 hours prior, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
Card authorized for the first night deposit at booking and charged after 24 hours, non-refundable. Any balance will be charged 48 hours before check-in, non-refundable. Date changes possible up to 48 hours prior, subject to availability.
Last Minute Bookings:
Reservations made within 48 hours of check-in require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Taxes & Fees:
All rates include a daily $35 amenity fee. A 14% California Occupancy Tax is also applied to the room rate.

Self Check-In: Hollywood Hills Hotel offers full self check-in and contactless service. Our 24-hour virtual front desk is available for assistance via text or phone at (323) 999-1539. Government ID and matching credit card are required for online pre-check-in. Room access is granted via a QR code sent to your smartphone at check-in time. Immediate online check-in is mandatory for same-day reservations made after 4 PM.
Smart Technology Policy: We embrace smart technology to enhance our guests' experience, ensuring efficient, personalized service. Please note, rooms do not have landline telephones; communication should be conducted through personal smart devices. Digital check-in and room access are facilitated through our website, with a digital key sent directly to your device.
Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early check-in is available from 1:00 PM for a $45 fee.
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for a $45 fee.

Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required during online check-in, released upon satisfactory room inspection at check-out. Charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.
Age & Room Occupancy: Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. We do not provide cots or additional beds
Parking: Parking is available at $35 per night. Ensure to book parking via the check-in link received 48 hours before your stay. Designated "Hotel Guest Parking" spots are available; street parking is not permitted.
Housekeeping: Rooms are refreshed every third day and fully cleaned every sixth day of your stay. For additional housekeeping needs, contact us via the in-room QR code or at (323) 999-1539 by 3 PM.
Pool Rules: Pool Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM. No glassware allowed by the pool. No lifeguard on duty. Children must not be left unattended at any time
Pet Policy: We welcome one dog or ADA-compliant service animal per room. Pets should not be left unattended and should be leashed when outside the room. A $250 security deposit is applicable.
Package Handling: Packages should be addressed to the reservation holder and specified room number within the reservation dates. Consider alternative local pickup options for security.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only on balconies and designated areas. A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside rooms or undesignated areas.
Filming & Photography: Professional filming or photography requires prior approval from hotel management. Please contact info@hollywoodhillshotel.com for permissions.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by negligence. Please respect our property and other guests during your stay.
