CANCELLATION TERMS:
I understand that no refund will be given for cancellation within 24 hours before the tour. If I cannot complete scheduled dives due to ill health, I understand that there will be no refund given. Blue Marlin Dive will happily move your dive dates If we have space available and can arrange new dive dates to finish your dives. If you require a letter for travel insurance purposes to claim the value of these dives we are happy to oblige. For closed port situations, bad weather, or in the event we have less than 2 people scheduled; exchange products or a full refund will be given. Rainy or cloudy weather are no valid reason for cancellation, and we strictly follow harbour master recommendations on when to cancel a tour. For refunds on a credit card or PayPal payment, a 10% charge applies. Refunds have to be authorised by the divecenter manager.
For all accommodation bookings, cancellation is free up until 7 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled in the week leading up to your booking (but not within the last 3 days before your stay) 50% of the full price will be charged. If cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) leading up to the booking, the full price will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Upon signing up to dive or snorkel with PT. WIRSATA TIRTA GILI AIR (hereby referred to as Blue Marlin Dive) I agree to pay a deposit of 30% of the value of the service I am due to undertake. The balance is to be settled at Blue Marlin Dive's Center in Gili Air. We accept Visa and MasterCard (subject to a 3% surcharge), PayPal (subject to a 5% PayPal fee), bank transfer (Indonesian Rupiah ONLY!), or cash (Indonesian Rupiah ONLY!). For group bookings (4+ pax) full payment is required upon booking. For multiple fun dive packages, all dives are to be paid for in full prior to diving on the first day of the dives.
PROGRAM CHANGES:
I hereby agree to and understand that Blue Marlin Dive reserve the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any schedule without prior notice when local conditions force such changes. Blue Marlin Dive and it's dive guides or instructors can prohibit participation on dives at their discretion based on lack of respect for ecological rules and regulations. Lack of respect – or “handling” of any marine life, alcohol & drug consumption before dives or blatant disregard for Blue Marlin Dive's policies or not abiding by international diving standards. In this case, we will NOT refund you for the missed dives.
