Minors are not to be left alone in rooms at anytime. We are not responsible for injury to minors, especially with no adult supervision.
Our rooms do not provide accessibility for disabled or special needs guests. Our rooms were built prior to these laws and are not able to accommodate these needs.
We do not use personal information to outside marketers. It will only be used for communication for our company of Davis Family Lodging LLC or affiliated company.
We are not responsible for any injury, accident, or criminal activity on our property. Please lock your vehicles, and put away valuables as we are not responsible for missing items or theft. We hire trust worthy employees, however if you have concerns please put up a Do Not Disturb sign and we will not have housekeeping or maintenance go into your room without notification or emergency.
We invoke Force Majeure for any disaster, weather or human related.
One parking space is provided in front of each room and other parking is free on property when available. We reserve the right to ask you to move your vehicle if needed. Large vehicles are not allowed on the Main Street row due to space.
This is a NON SMOKING facility. Smoking is permitted in certain designated areas, none of which are inside spaces. We have an automatic fee of $100-$500 for smoking in our rooms depending on amount of damage and time of rooms being unavailable to other guests. By staying in our rooms you agree to the NON SMOKING Policy and charges therein.
Please be respectful of other guests by keeping noise to a respectable level, a noise ordinance will be enforced after 10pm.
Our property reserves the right to refuse service and/or vacate a guest for being non compliant to these terms and conditions and/or illegal behavior on the property.
