Our reception is not open 24 hours, but we are at your service for whatever you need and to take good care of you. We can help you with your tours and visits, recommend good places to eat fresh fish and typical dishes from the Canary Islands, as well as information about local festivals taking place during your vacation. We have a contact phone and an email available 24 hours a day to attend to any emergency.

This will allow us to make arrangements for your apartment entry upon your arrival at Villa Canaima. You will receive your unique access code, which will be provided either in person at the reception or via email, few days before your arrival day. This code will serve as your virtual key, granting you access to your respective apartment.

Apartamentos Villa Canaima Hotel Policies/Guest Policies
1. Our reception is not open 24 hours, please email us at info@villacanaima.com with your arrival details, including your flight number, airline, and estimated time of arrival at Lanzarote airport. This will allow us to make arrangements for your apartment entry upon your arrival at Villa Canaima. You will receive your unique access code, which will be provided either in person at the reception or via email, a few days before your arrival day. This code will serve as your virtual key, granting you access to your respective apartment.
2. Check-in online is mandatory for arrivals outside reception opening hours. When you arrive at Villa Canaima outside reception hours, in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, your registration prior to entering your apartment is mandatory, which is why we offer you a link to CHECK-IN ONLINE.
3. Check-in/Check-out Policies: Check-In: 1:00 PM (Early entry subject to availability) Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Free late check-out subject to availability; you can always use our courtesy room)
4. Booking Terms and Conditions: Cancellation Policies: Penalty if cancelled: 50% non-refundable. Cancellations or No-Shows are not allowed. Modifications are only accepted, subject to availability, with a minimum of 30 days prior to the arrival date and notified by email. Payment: Pre-payment of 50% non-refundable & the balance at Check-in, 7% IGIC included. PREPAYMENT: 50% of the total amount will be charged at the moment of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstance.
5. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
6. Animals are not allowed.
7. It is forbidden to feed any animal on our premises.
8. It is forbidden to throw anything into the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
9. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
10. It is mandatory to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the apartment. Please draw the curtains and lock the apartment door when you exit.
11. It is forbidden to take any item out of your apartment.
12. No loud music is allowed.
13. Please adhere to the pool rules advertised at the pool.
14. No glass is allowed into/around the pool.
15. Reserving sunbeds is not allowed.
16. The mandatory use of a towel on sunbeds is required.
17. Currently, none of our apartments are accessible to people with disabilities.
18. Parking is free on the street.

LA LLOVIZNA SL - Villa Canaima Apartments ensures the protection and confidentiality of the personal data provided in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27 (GDPR). Please note that your email address and other personal data will be used to manage communications regarding your reservation and stay at our property, which may include a reservation confirmation email, a pre-arrival reminder email, an invitation to complete a satisfaction survey, etc. In accordance with the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability as established in said regulation. The data controller is LLOVIZNA SL - Villa Canaima, with a registered address at Tomillo 5, 35510 - Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. For more information on Data Protection and other matters, you can consult the legal notice at www.villacanaima.com. The relationship and any issues that may arise between the guest and LA LLOVIZNA SL - Villa Canaima Apartments will be governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any issues that may arise between the parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, they submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Arrecife de Lanzarote.
