Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservation Policies:
If there is room availability for the required dates, the reservation must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. The remaining amount must be paid 15 days prior to the check-in date. For last-minute reservations or those made within 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the payment must be made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policies:
Total Charge: Full deposit amount if the reservation is canceled 0-10 days prior to the arrival date.
Partial Charge: 50% of the deposit if the reservation is canceled 11-29 days prior to the arrival date.
No Charge: Full refund if the reservation is canceled 30-40 days prior to the arrival date.
Force Majeure Cancellations:
Cancellations due to force majeure are considered when made within the 15 days prior to the reservation, resulting from a natural disaster, pandemics, or other emergency factors that prevent the enjoyment of the reservation on the indicated dates. In this case, the passenger will have the option to reschedule their trip within a period of 1 year.
Pets:
Kuyana Amazon Lodge does not accept pets, except for duly registered and certified service animals.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the current global situation of COVID-19, if the service(s) cannot be provided due to the pandemic or other force majeure situations, a credit note will be issued for a future reservation to be made by the Client within a limited time.
Terms and Conditions
Accommodation Policies:
· The itinerary is subject to changes in case of force majeure caused by exceptional and natural circumstances.
· All rates are per person.
· Single passengers have an additional charge of 30% of the total package value.
· Prices are subject to change without prior notice and can only be guaranteed once the reservation is made.
· The entry of drinks and food is not allowed, and a penalty of USD 40.00 will be charged for non-compliance, adicional descorche de bebidas.
· All services not detailed in the itinerary or offer must be paid directly by the guest.
PRICES:
Any prices mentioned in the offers and/or itinerary provided by Kuyana Lodge are in United States dollars and are per person.
Reservation cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond Kuyana's control, and if this happens, you will be duly informed.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
Any reservation request, change, modification, or cancellation (whether partial or total) must be notified in writing to info@kuyanalodge.com.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance deposit payment in Kuyana's account (50% initial payment).
The total balance of the tour fee must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the tour/service start date.
Reservations made within 15 days prior to departure require full payment to confirm the reservation.
