CANCELLATIONS
As we are a small accommodation establishment, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business. Our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
If we receive a notice of cancellation 7 days or more before date of reservation, we will offer a full refund less 1000p cancellation fee per room reserved.
If we receive a notice of cancellation and less than 7days before date of reservation, the deposit is forfeited. In the event of a no show without prior notification, the deposit is forfeited.
*In the event that our area in Zambales is under PAGASA Signal 1 or higher within 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit upon request.
Rebooking policy:
Rebooking of an existing reservation to a new date is allowed and must be done at least 7 days before date of reservation, 500p rebooking fee applies per room reserved.
Early check in and late checkout are possible subject to availability and with a surcharge.
