The hotel has a long history, having served as a hostel for transitory officers and visiting dignitaries such as President Dwight D. Terms and Conditions
CHECK-IN
Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11:00am. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early check in and late check-outs are not guaranteed. A $50.00 charge will be applied for late check out by 2:00pm.

KITCHEN CLEANING POLICY
The guest is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen during their stay. If the dishes are left for hotel staff to clean after check out, there will be an additional $25.00 fee added to the cost of the room rental.
PET POLICIES
Pets are allowed at a price of $25.00 per pet, per guest based on available rooms. A pet deposit of $150.00 is required. Pets must be under 45lbs. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left in room unattended unless in a kennel. They must be leashed at all times in public areas in the hotel.
Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from negligence of the Guest and their Pets.
SMOKING POLICIES
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $300.00 will be applied.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
NO IN-ROOM OR COMMON AREAS PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
PAYMENT POLICY:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.

If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, or any other in room item will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $25.
