- Registered guests only. No visitors.
- Campfires at designated areas only.
- All linens are supplied for daily rentals, EXCEPT POOL TOWELS
A 50% deposit of total stay is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival for weekly rentals. All deposits and reservations are final sales. No refunds or cancellations. Visa/Mastercard, Money orders, or Cash accepted. Personal checks accepted for deposits only.
Kids:
Kids stay free (under 14). Prices are for two or more adults depending on cottage size, additional person $25 per night.
Cancellations:
All sales are final. NO Cancellations or Refunds.
Check In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 3PM - 6PM, Office closes promptly at 6PM daily.
Day of Departure Check out time: 10:00 AM
Pet Policy:
We allow one (1) dog per cottage, 30 lb. or less. Non-shedding, hyper-allergenic only. There is a $35/night charge for pet per accommodation.
It is required that when walking your dog on the property, he/she is leashed at all times and pick up after them.
Please do not leave your dog unattended in the cottage. The dog must leave with you.
When making reservations please notify us if you plan on bringing your pets along.
Security Deposit:
A $100 security deposit is required.
The deposit is refundable upon inspection/check out.
