Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation will be charged for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date. A cancellations fee of 100% of the total accommodation will be charged for last minute booking cancellations and no shows. No charge for change of date bookings, unless there is a rate difference, booking is valid for 1 year from your original arrival date. No refunds will be due for early departure.
