Nest n Rest Hotel Rules and Regulations for Guests
Welcome to Nest N Rest Hotel
We hope you will be comfortable during your stay with us. In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the hotel requests your co-operation in observing the following: -
1. Check-in at 14:00 h. (2 p.m.)
Check-out time is 12:00 h. (noon). For check-in early, please ask the counter staff.
Late check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional room charge.
2. All hotel guests must present their ID card or passport (for foreigners) upon check-in.
Check in and pay for the room including a key deposit of 300 baht before check-in.
The key deposit is fully refunded upon check-out and returned of the key to the hotel.
A charge maybe applied for key that is damaged or misplaced.
3. All room rates are for 2 guests unless notified and agreed in advance.
4. The hotel does not allow pets of any kind in the hotel.
5. The hotel does not allow smoking inside the room or any parts of the hotel.
6. The hotel does not allow gambling or bringing illegal things into the hotel.
7. The hotel does not allow cooking in the room, except warming of food in microwave.
8. The hotel asks for cooperation not to make loud noises so not to disturb other residents.
9. The hotel reserves the right to be responsible for no more than 500 baht for loss or damage to guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel.
10. The hotel reserves the right to claim damage or loss to the hotel property caused by guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
11. Free parking available. The hotel does not take responsibility for the loss or damage to vehicle car.
12. “No-show guest”, hotel reserves the right not to refund charges that have already been paid.
13. The hotel does not allow the use of aerial photography equipment (drones) in the hotel area. Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is not allowed.
14. The hotel asks for cooperation that guest do not move furniture/objects out of the room without permission.
15. The hotel reserves the right to notify the customer that if there is a violation of this “Rule and Regulation”, the customer is responsible for such damage.
16. Force Majeure. The hotel will not be liable for inadequate performance caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the hotel reasonable control.
17. All disputes subject to Thailand Jurisdiction.
