Terms & Conditions:
- Campus Inn & Suites may secure a confirmation on your credit card (24 hours in advance of your arrival) for the total of a 1-night stay (including tax). At check-in, we will use the authorization to close out your billing or you may change your form of payment at that time.
- Upon arrival, we require a $200 incidental deposit if you choose to pay with a debit card or cash.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Minimum age restriction of 21 yrs with the exception of active-duty Military.
- We accept dogs up to 50 lbs in specific rooms based upon availability with a small fee and advance notice. (No Cats or Birds allowed).
- Please confirm Fitness Center Hours, Guest Laundry, and Outdoor Hot Tub Open Hours at the Desk upon arrival. Hour vary by seasons.
- Hot Tub remains closed during the Months of October to March.
- For any Reservation made through a third party, they have to fill up a Credit Card Authorization Form at the time of making the reservation.
