- We are a small hostel with 1 single room, 3 Budget Rooms (11m2 but no window), 1 mixed dormitory (13 m2) for max 4 people, and 6 Standard Rooms (9m2 With Window).
- Some of our rooms have Air Conditioning, and the others are with fan, shared bathrooms (no Hot Water) and toilets.
- All of our rooms include Towels, Linen, Shower Gel in the bathroom, 50Mbps Wifi, Free Tea and Coffee, a sharing kitchen for those who wants to cook and many common areas.
- Breakfast rolls from 8 AM to 10 AM, but no worries, if you can't make it during those hours, we can prepare a to-go breakfast or wrap it up for you.

- Our reception hours are from 7:00 up to 23:00. However, you can check-in or check-out at any time you wish as we have a self-check-in/out procedure ;)
- Check in starts at 14.00 and check out at 11.30. If you wish to check in before our check in time, we are really sorry we can't guarantee for the availability. However, no worries! You can still stay around our home while waiting for the check in time. We have common areas where you can relax and outdoor space if you want to smoke. You can also put your luggage and stuff in our front office before the room is ready. But, if your room is ready before 14.00, we would be happy to offer you early check in ;)
- We don't have a Parking for car only for motorbike.

Snooze Hostel terletak di tengah jantung kota Yogyakarta dan berada di kawasan Kraton Yogyakarta (5 menit berjalan kaki).
Keseimbangan yang sempurna antara ketenangan dan lokasi yang strategis untuk mengeksplor setiap sudut kota Yogyakarta.
- Kami adalah hostel kecil (bukan Hotel) dengan 6 standard room (9m2 kamar dengan jendela), 1 single room (kamar single) yang memiliki 1 kasur single (kapasitas maksimal 1 orang), 3 budget room (11m2 kamar tanpa jendela), 1 asrama campur (pria + wanita) yang ditempati bersama dengan tamu lain
- Beberapa tipe kamar kami memiliki AC dan beberapa kamar yang lain menggunakan kipas angin, kamar mandi bersama/shared (TANPA AIR PANAS) dan toilet bersama.
- Semua tipe kamar memiliki fasilitas Handuk, Linen, Shower Gel di setiap kamar mandi bersama, Wifi 50Mbps, Free teh dan Kopi, Dapur umum bersama yang dapat digunakan bagi tamu yang ingin memasak, dan beberapa smoking area serta area umum lainnya.
- Rumah kami adalah Hostel remaja dan kami mohon maaf jika tidak bisa mengakomodasi anak kecil.
- Parkir motor tersedia / TIDAK ADA PARKIR MOBIL.

Kami memiliki beberapa spot untuk bersantai di rumah kami dan area hijau di luar rumah bagi yang ingin bersantai sambil merokok.

Ingatlah, bahwa kami adalah akomodasi sederhana untuk perihal fasilitas, namun kami peduli dengan tamu-tamu kami dan akan selalu melakukan usaha terbaik kami untuk membuat pengalaman anda menginap di rumah kami menjadi yang terbaik.

- 100 % payment in advance
- Cancellation can be accommodated before 2 days of your arrival (at 23.59 max). There will be 20 % of cancellation fee of the total payment, and we can refund the rest of the payment (80%)
- Reservation can be accommodated for reschedule only one time and depends on the room availability for the requested date, maximum before 2 days of your arrival.
- Different rate must be paid in advance for the reschedule.
- In case of lower rate on the requested date, we cannot reimburse the payment.

- For Non-refundable rate you must send the full amount of the reservation and it's non refundable, non-reschedulable and unmodifiable booking.

- Reservasi untuk Standard Rate dapat direschedule maksimal 1 kali dan tergantung dengan kamar yang tersedia.
- Apabila ketika reschedule harga kamar yang dimaksud lebih dari harga kamar sebelumnya, maka pembayaran selisih harus dilunasi ketika jadwal reschedule sudah ditentukan.
- Apabila harga kamar di tanggal reschedule lebih rendah, kami tidak dapat mengembalikan pembayaran reservasi sebelumnya.
- Pembayaran 100% di muka .
- Untuk mendapatkan harga non-refundable maka pembayaran down payment reservasi harus dibayarkan 100% dan tidak bisa refund dan tidak bisa reschedule.

- Bisa tambahan 1 orang max per kamar private (mixed dormitory tidak bisa) dan harus reservasi terlebih dahulu (ada extra charge). Untuk extra charge tambahan orang (tanpa extra bed) adalah 50.000 per orang per malam.
