Our greetings. Pleaseread the following information to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Your Member &Guest Services Offices & Concierge operates every day from 8 am to 10 pm atour front desk located in La Casa tower. Visit us to learn about all theamazing activities available in Isabela and throughout Puerto Rico. From 10 pmto 8 am reach us by dialing 64 or calling us at 787-529-8712. The Golf Clubhouse, Pro Shop & ClubhouseTerrace Grill operates every day from 7 am to 4 pm. The Restaurant at La CasaJota @ Royal by Chef. Jeremie Cruz operates every day from 8 am to 9 pm.
Upon arrival at theentrance, identify yourself at the intercom for our Security Department to registeryour entrance, provide you directions. Your check-in time is at 4 pm. Uponrequest, if available, an early check-in will be allowed at a cost of $100. Yourcheck-out is at 11 am. Upon request, if available, checkout can be extended ata cost of $100 until 1 pm. In case of an unauthorized late check out, a fullnight stay charge will apply. Families and children are especially welcome atour resort. Children up to 12 years old can stay in the room free of charge. Additionaladults duly registered in the reservation will be charged $75 per additionalguest.
Terms &Conditions:
Privacy and theenjoyment of your peace & quiet is of upmost importance to the RoyalIsabela community. To ensure everyone’s enjoyment of relaxation, regular hotelpolicies include the following prohibitions: drones, outdoor speakers, loudmusic, loud noises, unauthorized pets, any type of cookware, coolers, electricscooters, or anything that could cause harm to the hotel casitas, the localflora, the local fauna or represent a safety risk. Indoor spaces are smoke free,exterior spaces are to be enjoyed by smokers, always considering fellow nonsmokers’guests around. All hotelreservations include Puerto Rico Tourism Company Tax of 9% and the Service& Resort Fee of 20%. Reservations include a 20% payment, remaining paymentis collected in full at the time of check in. Specific Casitas cannot beguaranteed, they are assigned randomly based on occupancy and lengths of stay. Outsideguests are not allowed in the Casitas.
Please remember thefollowing: Turn in your Casita & Safe key at check-out to avoid anapplicable $50 charge per casita lost key & $100 per safe key. Notify usbefore an early departure to avoid a full room night charge. Pack all yourbelongings. In case of any item left unattended, Housekeeping Department willmaintain for a period of no more than three months in deposit. If item notclaimed in this term, item will be donated. In case ofproperty damage caused, after a due assessment, communication with client,presentation of a detailed cost repair breakdown, a penalty charge ranging from$50 to the applicable cost of repair will be charged to the credit card on fileor by the necessary means of payment. Royal Isabela reserves the right ofadmission and permanence in the property in case any guest does not followregular conduct, presents disorderly conduct representing any risk to self, others,or property.
