Prices are in US$ (american dollars). Payment will be based on TRM in CO$ (colombian pesos) at moment of check-in. Please contact The Place B&B if you want to pay in advance
During 2021 sales tax (IVA) is not charged by Colombian law to help Tourism & Hotels induistry
Check-in/Check-out times:
Check-in from 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Check-out from 8:00am to 12:00pm
Front Desk Hoster service until 8:00pm
Overtime check-ins will be charged a 50% of basic tariff after 8:00pm
Travelling with Minors:
Adults will be responsible 100% for behaivor of minors in The Place B&B's facilities during their stay
Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult
Minors greater than 5 years will be considered adults and their stay will be charged as adult
Accessibility or Special Needs:
The Place B&B has not accessibility for wheelchair to upper floors
Guests will be responsible to operate the access key and to close the main entrance door after service hours
Guests will be charged US$50 for loss of keys and cost of update of security access system

The Place B&B has a general liability insurance providing coverage for liability arising from bodily injury to guests or their property damage inside The Place B&B facilities
Force Majeure:
The terms and conditions in case of Force Majeure, as defined by the Colombian laws
Third Party Rights:
Only guests registered could stay overnight
Guests cannot invite friends to stay overnight
Contrators will stay in facilities during working hours (8am-5pm). If job requires it, contrators must be registered as guests to stay overnight
Visitors will stay on lobby area in the first floor and they will be announced
