Wonderland Lodge is part of Wonderland Cafe & Lodge in Gardiner, Montana just one block away from the North Entrance to Yellowstone and the famous Roosevelt Arch. This is a locally owned and operated boutique business that focuses on environmental sustainability, a personalized guest experience and community involvement.

We offer just six rooms, all with kitchens and beautiful finishes. So whether you stay just a couple of nights or over a week, you will love to call this your temporary home. It is the perfect launching pad for Yellowstone! We offer two queen studios, two one bedroom suites and two 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condos. Something for everyone! Sorry, pets are not allowed.

In addition, you can enjoy the farm to table style cafe and bakery down stairs. We can meet anyones dietary needs and offer a variety of fare from organic salads, and local grass fed beef, bison or elk burgers, our famous elk chili or a decadent version of baked macaroni and cheese. Everything is made from scratch. Come early for our amazing espresso and a fresh baked huckleberry scone, come after your day in the Park for a local craft beer or one of our hand selected wines.

Please note this is in Gardiner on Main Street where on street public parking is available. Rooms are on the second and third floors, we do not have an elevator but are happy to help you with your bags.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance of check-in will be fully refunded, less an 8% service fee plus any other expenses incurred with reservation. Reservations may be rescheduled at no charge more than 30 days in advance of check-in.

Reservations that cancel less than 30 days out will be charged for the full cost of the reservation, less any lodging tax and fees.

If you need to cancel your reservation less than 30 days of your check in date, please contact management. We will be as accommodating as possible.

If we are able to rebook or there were extenuating circumstances we will do everything we can! Please understand that we are a small locally owned lodge and do not have the ability to quickly rebook no shows or last minute cancellations.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions, aka "small print" where we are obliged to let you know that applicable room, tax and fees will be charged if a reservation is not cancelled within the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation booked with erroneous lodging rates.

Please note if you are booking a one or two bedroom suite an additional small supplemental housekeeping fee will be added after you book. The booking system, as of right now isn't able to honor tiered housekeeping rates.

Guest agrees to pay for all damage caused to property or property of a third party, including without limitation, costs of repair and replacement of such damaged items and any ancillary charges connect therewith, minus ordinary wear and tear. Further, Guests acknowledges and agrees the the Hotel may charge Guests credit card for all costs associated with such damage. In addition, if lodge is left in such a state that housekeeping needs to spend extra time on the normal cleaning, an extra housekeeping charge may be charged.

Wonderland Lodge operates under "eco-lodge" principals and will not be housekeeping each suite daily. Housekeeping occurs in between each guests stay. However, if you are in need of any additional supplies or need assistance, we can help. In addition, Wonderland does not have a 24/7 front desk on site, rather an email can be sent after cafe hours for questions or assistance.

Wonderland Lodge does not have an elevator and all rooms are up at least one flight of stairs. We would be happy to assist your with your luggage if you need it. No pets of any kind are permitted to stay in the Lodge. Because of the way sound travels in the lodge, children under 12 years of age are not permitted to stay in Room 301, the Lion's Lair.

Because of our tight housekeeping schedule, if the guest does not vacate the room by 11:00 AM and has not been granted a late checkout, they will incur fees to be determined by the lodge.
