Park Plaza Lodge has a mandatory security deposit of $200 for incidentals that will be collected at check-in. This amount will be held by the hotel via credit card only. This amount will be immediately released by the Hotel upon check out. Any damages, missing items, and/or extensive cleaning needed, will result in the Hotel withholding a percentage up to the full amount of deposit. Hotel will be authorized to charge additional amounts for loss/damages over the amount of the initial deposit. We are a non-smoking Hotel. The undersigned agrees to forfeit his/her $200 deposit, in addition to paying a mandatory $500.00 cleaning fee for smoking in any of the rooms. All room types are not guaranteed and are subject to change to guarantee a room. No pets allowed. *Service Animals are Welcome. There will be a $500.00 assessed fee for damages and additional cleaning for violators. Fees are non negotiable. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any (suspicious) activities considered nuisance is subject to vacate the room immediately and will be fully charged for the duration of the stay. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest(s) and or loss of valuable items / damage of personal property inside the room/vehicle. Hotel prices are set at a standard 2 person rate. The Hotel will charge an additional $25.00 plus tax(14%)per person over the 2 person standard.(House policy allows up to 4 heads in a room, and a maximum stay of 28 nights.) Guest must vacate and thus release the room on the scheduled date of departure at the posted check-out time of 11 am. If not followed, Hotel has the right to charge an additional night. Guest is to return the room keys to the front desk upon check-out. Parking is INCLUDED WITH THE RESERVATION. It is first come first serve. In the case you can not find parking in allocated spaces, please inform the front desk agent and we will assist. By booking a room at Park Plaza Lodge, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
