Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Full Refund Policy: Guests can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if they do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time. This policy allows us to manage our bookings and offer vacant rooms to other guests in a timely manner.
- Cancellation Within 72 Hours: If a guest cancels less than 72 hours before the check-in time, a charge equivalent to the first night's stay will be applied. This charge compensates for the short notice and the reduced likelihood of filling the room on such short notice.
- No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged for the first night's stay. This is in line with our policy for cancellations within 72 hours.
- Exceptions: We understand that extraordinary circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, illness, or family emergencies, please contact us to discuss the possibility of waiving the cancellation fee.
- Modification of Reservation: If you wish to change the dates of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request based on availability and applicable rates.
