Early departures will be charged one (1) full day’s fees if departing after 11:00am.
We place a $100.00 hold on your credit or debit card at Check-In for deposit and damage purposes that is automatically returned to the guest upon Check-Out.
PET POLICY. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35.00 per night + tax. We welcome all well-manned dogs <60 lbs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to biting, excessive noise, aggressive behavior, evidence of disease, urination/defecation issues. Pet Owners must dispose of all waste and must immediately alert staff to any accidents .All pets must be caged, leashed, or held when they are in a common area and no pets may be left alone in guest rooms. Please place the “Pet in Room” sign on your door and note that housekeeping will not enter a room when a pet is present. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool area. Damages resulting from your pet can result in the repair or replacement costs for items damaged such as flooring, drapery, furniture, bedding, walls, doors, and waste removal.
