TAKE NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of booking if the booked date is more than 48 hours away, if the check in date is 24hours or less from the time of booking 100% of the fees will be forfeited , exceptions are for documented extenuating circumstances where full refund will be issued but with a 20% cancellation fee per night to be charged based on the total rate. In case of no show the total payment will be forfeited
REBOOKING
Only allowed once if advised 2 weeks prior to arrival date & shall be subject to rebooking fee of 10% of the total stay charges , this can be moved within 6 months only subject to availability, a second rebooking is not allowed & total payment will be forfeited, rebooking due to documented extenuating circumstances may be done within 6 months without any rebooking fee.

This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation. Changes to government travel requirements. Sudden Upgraded changes in LGU requirements in entering a locality while guests are on travel to the area Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, and public health emergencies. Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance. Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest. Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events , storms with signal & typhoons
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN CANCELLATION OF BOOKING ARE BELOW
Per DTI RULES change of mind is not covered in the policy or reasserting personal preferences on how guests should be handled , refusal to submit documents & to adhere to house rules are not acceptable , inability of other guests not to come on the booked date.
examples of situations that this policy does not allow cancellations for include: rain , unexpected disease, illness , injury or death of a companion in the guest list , or whomsoever you have deemed to have booked for in the reservation, government obligations like jury duty, court appearances or military duties , travel advisories or government guidance , cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation was made and transportation disruptions unrelated to a covered event like road closures

NO BRINGING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES POLICY:
CAFE THALASSA now serves Alcoholic beverages , therefore bringing of Alcoholic beverages is not allowed as these types of Beverages must be consumed or purchased from our Cafe only , if you have accidentally or intentionally brought alcoholic drinks corkage will be imposed , this is applicable for ANY LIQOUR , SPIRITS , BEERS & WINE , the corkage fees will be available upon request , this policy cannot be nullified if the main person involved in the booking has not informed co guests , KINDLY DECLARE ALL ALCHOL BEVERAGES brought into the REEF HOUSE COMPOUND to avoid violation of this policy , the management has the right to charge any undisclosed alcohol during the duration of your stay.
PAYMENT POLICY - 100% advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation. An additional 3.5% local tax fee shall be added to your grand total.

GUEST COUNT POLICY - As a homestay & AIR BNB based beach villa , our rates are based on the head count, all more than 2 year old & above are considered 1 guest , only children 2 years old & below are considered free of charge

POOL HOURS is strictly from 8am - 9pm ONLY
extension must be communicated through our FB page , Charges will be applied at PHP 1,000 / hour , maximum extension is up to 11 pm only
PLEASE TAKE NOTE PETS are not allowed , failure to comply & read this provision will have a penalty of PHP 5,000 / night
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm. Kindly adhere to these times so we can prepare the house for incoming guests. Early check in or late check out will be dependent on the presence of current & incoming guests , kindly inform management through our FB / IG or ABNB for any request
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS Feel free to park in our wide grounds , we can accommodate 6-8 cars , please make sure that your vehicles are parked safely & make it to a point to give space for other cars to be maneuvered out to the exit WIFI DETAILS The wifi network is REEF HOUSE

HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay, forward to the emails of other guests who is staying with you so they will be aware as well , please do acknowledge by sending an email back that you accept & understood all instructions thereof
1.Conserve Water , water source in this area is from water delivery, kindly avoid continuous running water when brushing , washing dishes & cooking, laundry of clothes is not allowed , if coming from the sandy beach kindly hang dry clothes & remove sand thereafter , remove sanded clothes outside the drainage area of the shower to avoid clogging of the drain
2.parties or events allowed in accordance to specific number of people & guests which are pre assigned or pre registered only
3.Striclty No smoking allowed indoors & within the house complex
4. No sitting on edges of the terraces that may cause a fall , such actions will not be our responsibility
5.Suitable for toddlers and children under 12 with proper supervision , please note that we are on a 12 feet elevated sea wall , children should not be allowed to go to the borders of the seawall
6.No unregistered guests allowed, appropriate charges will be imposed accordingly or the management has the right to refuse your stay without any refund
7.Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
8.Please respect the noise curfew of the locality , Videoke can only be used up to 10 pm if it is not an exclusive stay or if there are co existing guests at the other units, it is not
allowed to bring your own videoke or sound system otherwise same fee will be applied on our videoke rental rate
9.Please turn off the AC when you go out. Housekeeping may turn it off at your behalf just in case you forget
10.Please respect check-in and check-out times.
11.Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ofPHP1000.
12.Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that are incurred during your stay whether accidental or intentional
13.Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
14. kitchen facility fee applies to the MAIN HOUSE & BODRUM FAMILY SUITE for bookings before August 16,2024 , for bookings after August 16,2024 rate is already inclusive of kitchen fee , kitchen fee is not limited to cooking perse or the use of the stove but includes the use of kitchen utensils like plates , spoons , cups , microwave & all other utilities of the kitchen , dishwashing is not part of the kitchen fee , kindly clean & leave the kitchen orderly like before you used it. Leaving the kitchen dirty & dishes unwashed will have an a penalty of PHP 1,000 .
15.Please take the trash out before you leave.
16.No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
17.LEAVE aircon remote on their portal
18.Make sure to clean your footgear after going to the beach , please don't let sand be scattered in the interior of the house
19.No cooking is allowed indoors except the SEA PAD , the outdoor kitchen will be utilized , no heavy cooking as well
20.Griller can be rented at the Cafe & charcoal can be purchased. , bringing of own griller is not allowed
21.No swimming at the beach after sunset , pool swimming is up to 9pm , there are no life guards around so practice extreme care
22.all guests should not go to the depths of the sea to prevent any drowning or injuries
23.Secure your belongings & valuables, the establishment will not be responsible for any losses
24.Alcoholic beverages will only be taken from CAFE THALASSA , purchase can also be done if it will be brought to your respective accommodations , if you accidentally or purposely brought your booze , kindly declare it as we strictly impose Alcohol corkage, see our policy above .
25.All minors should always be accompanied & supervised in swimming always , take note that the reef & the coarse sand can cause foot injuries, no swimming in the deep blue portion of the sea
26.Wash feet at the outdoor washroom when coming from the beach before entering the house
27.Observe cleanliness at all time
28.Bonfire may be requested with a fee of PHP 500 inclusive of service fee & 1 bundle of firewood, succeeding bundles added will be charged at PHP 300/ bundle
29.Acoustic band , DJ or Videoke can be requested with the sound system with additional fee , this must be communicated & prebooked beforehand
30. AIR CON SETTINGS: please try to keep it between 22 to 24 degrees, and don’t leave the A/C running when you leave the beach house
31. The MAIN HOUSE GUESTS have priority over the courtyard & Gazebo , however other guests may frequent the Gazebo for viewing & pictures , kindly extend courtesy
31. The Bodrum suite guests will be assigned there own out door picnic or dining area , the SEAPAD guests will utilize their panoramic terrace if all units are booked
32. Snorkels can be rented at Php 200 per piece for 1 night of stay
32. The management reserves the right to kick out unruly guests & those bringing in unregistered guests like masseuse or unregistered visitors without the benefit of any refund
33. Main person involved in the booking is the only one authorized to communicate with the management for any clarifications, concerns or requests
